I haven’t dined-in for years because of the pandemic but I have so many fond memories of this specific Pizza Express. I have been coming here for well over a decade. The national menu has really significantly improved and the staff here are always great. My most recent pizza order (black olives, artichokes, red onions) was delicious!

Had a good time at this pizza express. The staff were friendly, quick and helpful. They did manage to burn a pizza but replaced it before they even brought it to the table! Some of the pizza after they were delivered... However, overall, they were pretty good!

Good start with a nice young lady called Robin taking my order and properly listening to what I asked for. Even checked back since what I was ordering was pretty spicy.Unfortunately though, 32 minute wait for Dough Balls, 2 other members of staff ignored me, and my main arrives! The chap went to get my dough balls which had obviously been sat around since they were just about warm. Not hot enough to melt the butter. So then Robin very nervously brings the Calzone to me. I ask if it's a fresh one, she isn't sure, but checks. Told it's fresh, but it really isn't up to temperature. I'm pushed for time so I ate it, but overall this place is average.I can't fault Robin, since she's great with customers and dealt with a huge order on the table next to me, where the kitchen/servers let her down on that order too. Something/someone went very wrong, on multiple orders, and that dumps the staff on the floor in it.One other thing. When the main arrived before the starter I asked to talk to a manager, or whoever was in charge. They didn't bother coming over. That's really poor customer care when something has gone wrong. So, food good. Some staff good, but let down by others.

Busy evening but food flowed flawless. Delicious pizzas

We are a family of 5 who dined on a Sunday afternoon. 5 pizzas. 1 gluten free.2 out of 5 pizza bases in the centre were undercooked. The gluten free pizza was horrible. My daughter picked up a slice after cutting it and all the toppings just slid off. 😒 Disappointed. We all looked at the base and concluded that it was not baked enough. We've had gluten free pizzas in the past. This by far is the worst we've ever seen. Disappointed Pizza Express. 😞

Nice food, and doing week deals and free starters so great way to get you in. Should of had pizza, had pasta and wasn't the best but that may just be personal choice. Nice place to have an easy dinner with friends.

Food was very great but the service was horrible. We entered and waited for someone to welcome us but we were ignored. They saw us because I saw them looking at us but they just decided to ignore us. Maybe they don’t want clients? So as we were really hungry and couldn’t find somewhere to eat we grabbed the menu and sat by ourselves. The waitress came long minutes after to ask us if we want to order. We did. The pizzas arrived quite quickly but when we asked the bill… she made us wait few minutes. She instead prepared dessert for other people and welcomed people friendly (why not with us?). Few minutes later we were able to pay (but I had to look at her few times so let her know we were ready). But the service was the worst I’ve ever had in any restaurant in the UK. They should change the staff and quickly!

1 star for the service, 5 stars for the kitchen. The service was one of the worst I had in the UK, we were simply ghosted, ... (Not the case for every customer, some were luckiest than us). However the pizzas were very good, maybe the best ones we got in a Pizza Express.

We had a lovely meal one evening whilst in Cirencester. Although it was quite busy we were well looked after and service time was reasonable. Food as always was excellent.

Booked a table for Thursday evening after a family day out.The restaurant was busy and our table wasn't ready on time as the prior booking were taking their time. Instead of making us wait around, they opened the upstairs area, needlessly apologising for it being so quiet... No problem for us, we quite like a more peaceful meal out.Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. Replacing my wife's drink for free (and promptly cleaning up) when she accidentally knocked it over. Food arrived quickly deeper the restaurant being very busy downstairs, with the right amount of time between starters and main, we didn't feel rushed at all.The restaurant seems well run, well presented and this branch was amongst,if not the best Pizza Express experience I've had and there's been many all across the country....
