Rave Coffee in Cotswold

Great service and high quality products! The coffee I ordered wasn’t compatible with my coffee machine and the customer service team immediately sent me a replacement without charging me for this. I have never experienced such customer service - highly recommend!

Rave coffee have been fantastic! I began with a three month discovery subscription and have since started to order a bag of coffee from them every week. Not only is the coffee incredible but they also have fantastic customer service. Cannot reccommend rave enough!

Since owning my Sage machine (August 21) Rave is the best coffee beans I’ve found and I’ve tried a lot. The quality is way up there.

Top class. They're friendly in store, the coffee is fantastic and their customer service is second to none. I had a minor issue, fed them some feedback and they went above and beyond in solving it. Keep up the great work.

Visited Rave as our regular supplier of coffee, but for a treat we stopped for a coffee and a cake we were not disappointed.

Really excellent coffee - Exceptional value & service - Can't fault!

Love this business! Best. place to buy coffee and really enjoy their rewards / loyalty schemes. Most companies forget about loyal customers.

I have really enjoyed trying lots of coffee roasters this past year since grinding and brewing my own coffee at home. although we still enjoy some from other roasters Rave is by far both mine and my partners favourite. have tried most of their single origins and blends and although some haven't been our favourite all of them have been good quality and the Colombian and their mocha Java blend are two of our favourites ever. also really enjoyed the china one while it was available. hope they bring it back again sometime!!

Very disappointed, after using rave for 2 years I ordered on Thursday at 9.10am and paid for next day delivery it didn’t get posted until 5pm Friday, and now I am now not going to receive it until Monday. It is a real shame as the coffee is always good. The girl on the chat said they have a 6am cut off which is terrible service as most people don’t order at that time. Think this will be my last order.

This is the easiest review I’ve had to makeSimply the best coffeeI have family in Seattle/Portland and have had the opportunity to visit some great independent coffeeRoasters over the years but Rave still comes out the of the best.
