Good food, good ambiance and good service. Perfect location!

Poor. Restaurant was not busy. I waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order as 3 servers were chatting at the till, in the end I had to get up and walk to the till. When the food arrived it was wrong order. Scrambled eggs were very watery. Sausages were dry from being kept warm too long.Portions were a good sizeAnd to top it all - “discretionary 10% service charge will be added” - actually this should be - “has been added”Would not revisit or recommend.

Very confused about all the great reviews… the location is nice, but we went when it was not busy at all and the service was dreadfully slow and unpleasant. A couple dishes were tasty, but the portions were tiny and the steaks we ordered medium came out well done. After waiting an hour for them we didn’t want to wait longer so we just ate them. The staff was extremely inattentive, I had to go hunt them down to get our check and clear our dinner plates.

Nice beautiful place at the side of river windrush… enjoyed the coffee and walnut cake. The ambiance is perfect and staff is very friendly and welcoming.I would definitely recommend a visit, if you are in the area.

Excellent food, both my wife and my meals were so tasty, if only my wife’s portion was a little bigger! That said, the venue was tasteful, and the staff were really friendly. A great experience overall.

The perfect place. The food is really good, but the crew is even better. The place was crowded today, but they served us in a very friendly way. I went with some friends -tourists from abroad- and they were delighted with everything. Best thing for me? The desserts!!! 😋😋😋😋😋 Thank you all for a good time!!!

Friendly place, good quality/ try the cauliflower wings with blue cheese and their local meat burger

This place was amazing, very dog friendly I had a kids meal as I didn’t fancy anything big and the staff were happy to let me order from the kids menu which is appreciated and it didn’t disappoint! My dog was loved by the staff and locals and she seemed to enjoy it too. We will be back. My hubby order a burger meal which was juicy also. They didn’t have Stella larger so we ordered house beer and it was nice.

Wonderful staff and delicious food! My meal (special of the day: cod) was perfect - pity the portion was so small. My husband’s pork belly was incredible! Staff were friendly and a real highlight of the night.

Had a family lunch, food was really good and very good service ! It was busy and we did not have any bookings but the lovely staff found us a table., will be back again
