I only went to do 3 people's hair and make-up for a wedding. There isn't really a car park only a few spaces, also the room I was doing everyone was very dark, also no mirror on the dressing table area. Had to do the make-up in the bathroom as it was the only room that had bright lighting.

Good place to stay if you are looking to visit Cirencester on a last minute staycation. The day rates are bit too high though nonetheless the rooms are still m one of the best I have seen for an inn. Indeed the marketing makes it seem this place is a hotel but actually it's an inn.Anyways the customer service is stellar. The breakfast options are good and rightly portioned though on weekends the breakfast table service can be slow. Overall our stay was a pleasant experience and I would thank the staff for their effort.P.S try to ensure your rooms aren't on the top floor, especially rooms that are numbered from 26-29. Our room could hear lots of creaking sounds especially in the night as it seems there are staff rooms upstairs and the staff moves around a lot.

A very warm welcome from all the staff at this lovely 17th century coaching inn. Smart decor with nice little touches, but a relaxed feel. Rooms were comfy, relaxing, and well appointed. Good range of ales and a superb English breakfast to send us on our way! Recommended.

I had a thoroughly delightful one night stay at The Fleece, and have had previous very enjoyable meals. The room was clean, comfortable and cosy, the food is home made and delicious, the atmosphere warm and welcoming, and the staff happy and helpful. I have no complaints whatsoever and will definitely be dropping by another time soon.

The food and service at the fleece is amazing. I went here in November 2021. So covid situation! It was still amazing. I am going back and have told many people to visit. Well done to the fleece for keeping up good standards in the current situation. Keep the good food and service I shall keep coming :)

Nicely decorated interesting rooms and a comfy bed with friendly staff. The breakfast was super tasty and it is a warm relaxing environment overall. Great place to stay central to Cirencester. Would highly recommend.

PROS: Location was very good and you can walk everywhere from here. Hotel rooms decorated nicely and functional. All staff were friendly and smiling. Breakfast was good.CONS: Don't really have a hotel entrance as you will need to go through a bar and restaurant to access stairs for your room. Very tight spaced stairs. You need to stop to let other guests pass. Laundry bag of dirty linen inside the room when I checked in. I question the cleanliness as there are spiderwebs on the lamp shade to the ceiling and right above the bed. Saw around 3 webs there. The bathroom tiles are so dirty you would not feel clean after a shower. Looks like the dirty marks have been there for months. All mentioned above remained the same after requesting the room to be serviced.

Stopped off for afternoon lunch. Menu was very nice and reasonably priced. Great service and really enjoyed our food. Highly recommended if you are passing though the area and need a bite to eat.

Where to start, the food is great, the rooms are fantastic and as you would expect for price points….. but what really stands out is the service. From a person that spends their life in and out of hotels across the globe this stands up with the best. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks team Fleece keep up the great work !!
