The Hive in Cotswold

Party of four, plus our dog, came in for a Saturday AM breakfast. Avocado breakfast was delicious; we were quickly served and they even gave us a treat for our dog! The cappuccino was dusted with freshly shaven chocolate flakes 🤤. The bread was fresh, crispy and tasty. We were attracted to the bee theme; like bees to flower—honeycomb mirrors. A true Cotswold gem with comfortable seating.

Great breakfast, quality not quantity! Great Cake and a tardis of a little teapot to help wash it down with. Friendly staff and welcoming to Alfie of Wessex too with a couple of dog treats

Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area. Amazing cakes - we couldn’t decide so chose 4 slices of different cakes and shared them all. Each one was so tasty! Incredibly tasty soup with light and fluffy cheese scones. Loved it all and will definitely be back.

The service was great, very friendly and polite staff. And the food was amazing, the poached eggs were done perfectly. The coffee was also very tasty. Lovely place to sit the cafe has a great relaxing vibe.

What a friendly place The Hive is. Delicious food and very clean. In particular we had a lovely breakfast (very tasty and well presented ) and took home some of their wonderful cakes. We will definitely be returning here!

A wonderful café! My friends and I were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and amazing quality of the food. Service was impeccable and the music was great — would return to Stow on the Wold just to revisit this great place! Thank you so much.

Delicious food and really friendly staff! Excellent gluten free options. Cosy atmosphere. Highly recommend the fritatta, which comes with a choice of 2 salads. The orange blossom cake was also incredible.

The food here is great, one of the best breakfasts I have had in ages. The staff, particularly the man who served us are so friendly. We were so glad to have ditched the overpriced hotel breakfast in favour of this.

Popped here for breakfast and had a fabulous time. The food is delicious and the Bloody Mary is a must-try for brunch. The cafe is really cute, dog friendly, and what made it so amazing was the service. Everyone who worked there was so lovely.
