The Kings Head Inn in Cotswold

Very friendly staff who greeted as soon as we arrived who offered us a choice of tables. Drinks & menu arrived swiftly. Food choice for me was great but husband would have preferred more meat choices. Meal was perfect in everyway. No hesitation in going back.

In a lovely location opposite the green in a peaceful village, this is a snug but smart little pub. Food was all good, enjoyed the rotisserie chicken and other meals in our party were all good. Had a pint of Butcombe which was very nice. Bill at the end was reasonable and service throughout had been efficient without being overly attentive

Lovely food. Nice menu with proper amount of choices. Obviously not frozen microwave meal. Very good quality. Warm welcome. Lovely decor. Beautiful location. Good parking and a lovely few pigs in the paddock at the rear.

Our meal was perfect from beginning to end. All the staff were very polite friendly and down to earth. We didn't get the name of the lady who took our order and gave us lots of excellent recommendations. We'd like to thank her especially, All her recommendations were spot on and we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. We would definitely come back again if we didn't live so far away!

A great place to use as a base if you want to stay in the Cotswolds. Although we only had a Sunday roast from what I observed as well as the service received it gets a 5 star rating from me. Everything from service, cleanliness, menu, taste, price was excellent value. Would definitely go back.

Great local pub catering for drinkers & diners alike. Excellent range of ales & reasonably priced too. Staff friendly & helpful, lovely open fire & great atmosphere within-highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous pub. We stayed for 2 nights. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The breakfast and dinners were delicious. All the staff were so friendly and created a wonderful atmosphere. A particular thank you to Grace for being so helpful, friendly and smiley. We can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you all for a lovely time.

We stayed for a couple of nights and enjoyed breakfast and dinners at the King's Head. The staff are so friendly and helpful, all food was delicious, great atmosphere and the hamlet the pub is in is very picturesque with lovely walks on the doorstep. We also loved that we could access the pub by public transport but felt truly in the countryside. Highly recommend!

Possibly the best fish and chips I have ever had. Lovely service and very nice location. Next time I'm hoping to bring a slightly larger appetite and try some of the other options.Highly recommended.

Lovely room, very clean. Really good evening meal and the breakfast was made to order (and just as good). Staff were very friendly and the open fire in the bar was very nice. Enjoyed my weekend stay here very much.
