Bit hit and miss here at times, its a lovely place to stop off and sit by the river. After covid it was buzzing, large bar open and table service indoors and outside lots of people eating and we were envious seeing all the lovely food coming out. This time of our visit very quite long queue for drinks in the old pub and didnt have my favourite bottled cider so a little disappointed 😕 considering how good it was with all the covid restrictions previously.

Very nice people and the food was beyond great! The pub itself has a great atmosphere and with the fire on pretty cozy. Next time we’re in the Cotswolds we definitely going to visit it.

·

Nice location and pleasant outside area by the Thames. Beer was well kept and a nice bar.

·

Lovely garden next to river. Food was OK for pub food but we've had better for the money. Nice beers and friendly staff.

Food was basic but pretty good. Seemed under staffed to me. I reserved a table well before, but when it came to order, I had to queue out of the door and into the garden to place a food order. Only noticed one of the three serving to actually smile the whole time I was waiting. 'Service with a smile would have gone a long way to making my experience a memorable one.

It was like my School report, could do better.Had are food delivered and I asked the waitress were was the chips she said that I didn't order any, I said well they changed me for them. Then 10 minutes later they arrived the waitress said the chef missed it as it was at the bottom of the order. Not very good customer service.

Superb Sunday lunch, gluten free provided , no issue, for a change did not feel like an odd one out. Unlikely to go anywhere else for the roast lunch. Huge portion but good to know smaller portions are readily offered. 2 doggy bags brought home!!

·

Great pub by the river with lots of outdoor seating. They also now have a big marquee covered area out back for family dining with heating.

·

Good local pub. Selection of pizzas, pub grub and large outside space with views over the river. Extremely friendly staff.

A lovely sunny day which made it very busy and chaotic we sat down at the table outside looking over the river and the boats very very pleasant so we went to order some food on the app which took ages to download then became a bit of a challenge ordering so we ordered with one of the staff very pleasant and they were run off their feet we did wait a little bit of a time but was all ok in the end. After being offered and we did laugh, 2 cups of coffee 10-minutes later a big plate of food10 minutes after that some drinks all of which was not ours, then our cheese salad bap turned up was an experience would I go back yes they just need a new system for ordering food.
