Went for a family meal. Meal ordered at the bar. Sat outside as it a nice day. Noticed the staff were very young and polite.Noticed the table surface was like toffee sticky pudding. The food took twenty minutes to come as they were short staffed. . The food was pleasant but disappointed with the mayo I ordered.I was handed two virtual empty mayo bottles. Good place to eat overall except for lack lustre mayo experience 😭😭😭

The Lounge restaurants are a chain, so if you've been to any other called "Something Lounge" you'll find it is much the same. Think of a better and more trendy version of Wetherspoon with much better food. If you've been to any other, you'll also know their frequent and relentless asking if you have allergies 🤣 This particular restaurant was reasonably quiet at the early morning weekday I visited.

The decor and location of the restaurant is amazing! However the food was very bland, no seasoning, avocado was mushy and egg was cold. The pancakes looked visually appetitesing but it was a ready one which was heated , which made them soggy. The kids hummus was old, the cutlery , cups and teapot was really dirty!

Arrived for three lunches at 1230 and was told no service for 20 minutes after being seated. An offer of a coffee would have suffice and we would have then spent IRO £60. We decided to go elsewhere, Im so pleased you can afford to turn away business and take a one star review.

Echoing recent poor reviews, sadly a really bad experience when trying to get a table for a larger group. We ended up giving up as we felt we just weren’t welcome. The staff had every excuse under the sun for why we couldn’t have a table even though we could see they could’ve accommodated us. As a family group we were all disappointed by the experience. This would be a one star if I hadn’t had a nice meal there previously

The Toro lounge cafe bar style restaurant, has indoor and terrace dining areas and more relaxing bar and lounge type seating. The interior is mostly natural wood, the walls are adorned with pictures, the lighting soft, s great atmosphere and the antidote to a corporate style interior. Service and food are great too. It is family friendly, and can get busy.

We used to be regular (almost daily) guests. Nice place with exceptionally well decorated walls, good drinks and decent food. However being 3 times rejected (three different days) in a row with silly excuses to come back in 15 minutes as our chef is busy is a bit strange experience. Especially being surrounded by many free tables. Hence better to spend your money at other places.

Absolutely loved the decor in this restaurant it's amazing!! Really lovely Atmosphere too. Everyone was very friendly also. I ordered a homemade pink lemonade which was delicious! We had burgers, chips and slaw and wow they were amazing. We didn't wait long for food either. Definitely recommend coming here, can't wait to come back

Good variety of food. A whole menu for Vegan options, as well as a whole menu for Gluten free options, alongside their traditional menu. Good pricing. Can be done quickly too as you can scan and pay when ordering, so no waiting around at the end. Friendly staff.
