Waitrose Cafe, Cirencester in Cotswold

Car park looked very pretty, shop was packed, very crowded. Member of staff not exactly sure where products were when asked, perhaps he was new. EV charging here.

Go reasonably.often. good choice. Helpful assistants. Just pleasant place to shop although more expensive than some supermarkets

Don’t very often visit store but was very happy last week. Staff very helpful and polite, shelves filled and very clean and tidy!

Waitrose branches everywhere are a pretty good experience but the Cirencester one is particularly lovely. All the good stuff you'd expect plus some really novel items - I once saw an Ostrich egg for sale in this branch. Usual friendly service and even as near as we are to Christmas it wasn't as busy as most other stores.

A few months ago I had a hot chicken from Waitrose cirencester next day bad dysentry was admitted to hospital two days Inna drip and when I complained at customer services all I got was we are sorry ugh what about a Christmas hamper or a free shop honestly

Haven't been to Waitrose in a long time but was just as I remembered... Slightly more expensive food & full of posh elderly people.. Oh and the car park needs updating... but you don't need a trolley token... 😀

Today I had very early home shop 8-9 due to hospital appointment.My husband was still in bed,I'm disabled,I answered the door and the young man Kieran was so nice very helpful and put all my bags indoors in the hallway to sort at my leisure.I am so grateful Kieran thank you,he even closed the gate thank you all with a smile 38 lakeside fairford heven closed the big gate

A proper Waitrose in a lovely old market town. A short drive up from Swindon, then walk through the town, have lunch, then go to Waitrose before driving back...

It was OK. Have not been into this store fir years. Normally go to the Swindon or Malborough stores.

Good sized store selling a wide range of food, drink and household products, with friendly staff to assist you at the checkout if you're as lucky as me!Nice little cafe inside store also, selling a limited range of snacks and cakes to go with your favourite beverage, and also has a large carpark attached to the store, so parking shouldn't be a problem.
