This has to be the worst cafe in the UK. I ordered a sausage and bacon bap to take away, unfortunately I did not unwrap it until I had left the premises. Lucky if it had a slice of bacon in it (possibly 1/2 slice) that was so overcooked and black I spat it back it the wrapper, sausage was a bad also. I think they must rely on passing holiday trade only as you would be crazy to buy any thing from this place considering they charge over the top for inedible poor quality food. AVOID

Way too expensive, but happens to be in the right place for a break, otherwise well avoided!! Everything is overpriced! Nice coffee and hot choc ,but close to ÂŁ3.00 a cup ,tea is ÂŁ2.00!

Not very nice food, toilets were locked, portions were terrible. Not everything available on menu, service was abrupt

Nice clean & comfortable room, good breakfast included in price.

Was shouted at upon arrival due to not seeing a sign saying please wait to be seated. We were seated and then left for 10 minutes before giving a menu. With a VERY poor choice on the menu aswell as the way it was being cooked did not look the most appetising. Popped over the road to London’s and grabbed a Lunchables instead :))

Typical road side cafe, big problem though as I called in to use the bathroom & whilst in the restroom somebody decided to close the toilets for cleaning & stuck a note on the door indicating they were now closed & blocked the entrance door with a fire extinguisher thus locking me inside the toilet area!!!!! Not impressed

Looks nice, but once I saw the prices, I lost my appetite. 12 quid for a breakfast! Your having a laugh. Goodbye.

It's great to see an old Little Chef site being put to good use! Unfortunately my first (and probably last) attempt to try a breakfast here didnt go very well. Despite this being advertised as open from 7am, when I arrived at 8.10 I was greeted by a person telling me 'sorry I'm not cooking at the moment', and not in a terribly friendly manner. An explanation of why they were unable to serve given in a friendly manner would have seen me leave happy!

We always pop in here en route to Devon or Cornwall. Cooked food was ok as usual. I had omelette and chips and my son sausage, chips beans and bacon. Very slow service though from acknowledging customers to serving the food. Staff didn't seem in the mood to do their jobs for some reason. There are signs everywhere encouraging social distancing but us and the 2 other families that were there were all crammed together on one side of the diner leaving the rest of it completely empty. I ordered a piece of lemon drizzle cake for dessert but this was stale and crumbly and really should have been thrown away days ago. Toilets were all locked except for disabled one and this wasn't the cleanest.

Nice and clean, was not impressed with my bacon sandwich, no offer of white or brown bread, bread was very dry, was expecting more for the price. The young waitress seam nervous but she seam to be doing everything on her own.
