Was given the wrong order, only realised after 15 min walk home. Called them up asked for a fresh one. They just gave me the correct thing sat on the side for 30 mins. It was cold so asked to at least be heated up but they made very little attempt. At best it was slightly warm by time I got home. Ribs were so dry you would need to soak them in water for 24 hours to be able to eat them. Chicken balls pretty much just all batter. It was so bland I had to do a coronavirus test as I thought my taste buds were gone.

I feel this takeaway has gone from medium to bad, I ordered a couple of new dishes, crispy chicken and chips with sauce, the chicken was like boiled, not crispy. I also ordered chef's special chow mein, it was supposed to have king prawns, but didn't, they put beef instead but didn't tell me when I ordered. Very dissatisfied and won't be going back!!

Very generous portions and can change your order to your specifications IE: less chilli or garlic and fantastic service. Delivery is always on time too 😊

Spent alot of money on some food that was very bland, all watery and no texture. They may as well advertise it as Chinese soup. Rice tastes odd and there was very bland rough cuts of meat. First & Last time I order here.

Usually have a good meal from here. Main concern was delivery. It was suppose to be 50 minutes. I phoned up 1 hour after ordering and was told order was on it's way. Did not recieve the order untill 50 minutes after the phone call so total wait time was 1hour and 50 minutes. If they had said very sorry your order hasnt been process yet and given us a discount or something then I would of been happy. We didnt get an apology or anything to say sorry. Also the chips were mc cain chips not the usual ones.

Enjoyed my first takeaway at Chinese Kitchen with the family. I really enjoyed the creamy noodles in the roast duck chow mein. Duck was beautiful. Sweet and sour chicken hong kong style was good, one had chips with the sweet and sour.Definitely go here again, great service. Food tasted great

Im not usually one to post a review but tonights food was so bad I felt I had to! I bought the szchechuan duck and chips, and it was easily the worst Chinese I've ever had! Sauce was oily and flavourless and the duck was nothing but fat (I got 2 small bits of meat from the whole dish). The chips were so hard and powdery they could barely be swallowed. Nasty stuff, don't waste your money!

fuming !!! Chinese kitchen what a crock of xxxx. Ordered at 6 oclock online they are offering 20%discount on 1st order Ideal i think as my usual is closed this week. On the website i chose from the sweet and sour menu sweet and sour pork and a special fried rice came to 10.80 plus £1 delivery charge. Delivery time 45 to 50 mins. They then rang and said i couldnt have it ddlivered because it came to less than £10 so cant have it delivered. So i said just charge me 10 then she sounded vague as and said okay. At 9.50 i just called to check they were actually delivering it she said it would be there any time. Then i check my conformation email and it says delivery 7.15. 10 past 7 i call again once again in her best i couldnt give a xxxx monotone voice i get well i dont know where it could be. I Suggested she rang the driver to find out explaining id be late for work soon. 7.16 it arrives im charged 11 quid ?? The driver was appologetic tbf. I get the food into.my kitchen its absolute xxxx a few slices of roast pork cut up into stamp size pieces in sweet and sour sauce and the fried rice was also hardly any what i call bits in no shrimp and 2 pieces of chicken on to and the tiniest spoon of sauce that onlh covered half the chicken. I called up spitting feathers saying ive never asked for sweet and sour pork and had it like that she carried on with her snotty attitude telling me that was quite standard and i wanted sweet and sour balls (which are not on thier menu). I lost it then lol she said i didnt order it till 6.15pm to which i replied why did i get conformation at 6.05 and she even rang me at 6.11. I asked for them to return and give me back my money and they still havent turned up Crock of xxxx company xxxx food and xxxx attutude I wont be back.
