Costa Coffee in East Devon

This is the best Costa I've been in. The service is always excellent. All of the girls and young man who work here are always polite friendly and very professional. I honestly can't fault them. Food is lovely as well.

The unit outside the costa was filthy and paving where people were sat needs a good jet wash ,the tables outside were piled high with cups and plates absolutely disgusting

Standard Costa with usual range of produce at usual prices. Bright, clean, plenty of seating, ample parking. Not dog friendly - the tiny sign on the door says "guide dogs welcome." Although hardly anyone was sitting inside, we had to sit outside, and it was freezing. I've been in other Costas where dogs were welcome. If ONLY guide dogs can enter, then the sign on the door should make that clear: eg. "Guide dogs only." Sorry to be pedantic, but what's the company policy?

Nice for a quick coffee or tea. Great place for brunch as well

The gentleman who served me on 24/01/22 early afternoon, I didn’t get his name but he was so polite and chatty when taking my order. My son has a milk intolerance which the guy who served us knew the difference between allergy and intolerance when I asked for the allergy advice which made me feel so relaxed to order from the shop. Customer service was spot on and friendly that I went back in the next day and enjoyed their company. Thankyou!

Ignorant staff who are more concerned with each other than the customers they are supposed to be assisting.Not an ounce of common sense between them and no idea how to resolve a customer problem if one arises.

Costa coffee is an enjoyable treat for my sister & I. It's somewhere she has always liked & as she has a terminal illness it's good to be able to still take her there. The staff are friendly & the place is clean with plenty of parking.

It sells coffee. I like coffee.Not a lot more to say.It's in a cracking position, surrounded with big retail shops. Nice place to unwind after a long shop. It's clean and the staff are great.

Very nice coffee. Queue not so nice. All rather haphazard to be honest. Maybe customers should be limited on time on tables. A party of five with empty cups, chatting while people waiting outside. These seemed to be Ladies Who Lunch. 😁 Very patient 'usher' letting people in and cleaning tables. Nice experience being able to get all five of us on one table. 😁

Yummy coffee. Free WiFi if you sign up. Bit noisy, I'll bring my headphones next time.
