Had Large cod with chips tonight. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the fish, beautiful white and thick. Given Mushy peas instead of the curry I asked for, but hey.. Friendly staff, and busy! Thanks

Good priced small fish and chips if you don’t want to eat a mound of chips and batter. Convenient area. Toilet floors and walls need a better clean - sorry just being honest

Popped in for a takeaway on a Wednesday night and it was very busy. Overheard another customer talking about how it was on his last visit and how he loved the fish last time. So now my interest has spiked, he has now queued for a good while twice.20 mins later I have mine and out I go , chips first... Cooked well , freshly out and tasted excellent. Now onto the cod. Wow , fabulous batter , nice crunch, then the soft moist flakes. Polishing of the lot thinking there was no way I would , I think back to the other man.... Yep , I'm prepared to wait another 20 mins for that taste again!!

All 3 young waiting staff looking after our table were excellent, polite and helpful. Food was lovely, the chips were really good and not greasy. All the fish was good and batter thin and crispy. Chicken strips were decent real chicken with lovely coating. Recommended!

The best pineapple fritter in the west country. The chips are lovely too.. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their burgers, the only disappointment was the weather but the good food made for a perfect Sunday.
