AVOID THIS PLACE! One of the worst experiences I’ve had eating out. Food was poor & sent back half of it. Unfortunately I pre-paid for the food & when I said I would pay for one of the mains & not the other as could only eat half of it, myself & my mum were told we were lying about how much we ate. We were spoke to in the most arrogant manner, all for the sake of about £6 worth of food 😂. Good work to by the staff to treat locals so bad! 👍 thanks 🙏

Had a lovely evening at the Harbour Inn. My pork burger was great (very generous portion!), french fries fresh & tasty. Had squid to start which wasn’t at all rubbery. The waitress was attentive and smiley without being overbearing. Will def come back. Go try it.

The second time we have visited. The first was the best roast I have ever had out and tonight was fantastic! Great food, such a friendly place and staff who were so, so helpful with my requests. Thank you for another beautiful meal and fantastic service!

Visited The Harbour again yesterday, with friends ...... As always, we were so impressed with the Meal and the Service we received. The Staff are so friendly that it's a real joy to take lunch there. The Inn itself is a terrific old building. The three of us all agreed that both the Service and the quality of the Meals are nothing short of FIVE STARS! We look forward to our next visit. Lovely food and atmosphere eating by the fire on a cold winters January night. Dog friendly too. Would definitely recommend.

One of our party ordered steak medium/well done came out with blood coming out .was taken back came back with blood still coming out of it ! Was asked if we wanted it taken back again but the rest of food on plate was getting cold ! As they only removed steak .Food in general was ok not great.Waiter s hygiene could have been better.

Lovely local pub with deliciously home cooked food! Been twice and both times have surpassed my expectations. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming

We were unfortunately unable to book first time round and being advised we may be able to get a table later we turned up at 8:40pm to be told food service finished at 8:30pm (this was due to it being fully booked, so was only on the off chance, but was no less disappointing - as it happened we drove to Seaton and had a very nice Indian meal at Monsoon). We booked for the following night and I'm pleased to say it was worth waiting for, the staff were delightful, the food was fabulous and the pub itself is a lovely place to be, they almost had to have us evicted at the end of the evening (10:30pm). To top it all off if you are staying at Axmouth campsite it is literally on your doorstep, too good to miss but booking definitely recommended! I would also recommended the pizzas, we shared one as starter and it was a lot bigger than the 12" quoted on the menu and was literally dripping with cheese, delicious!

Dropped in on spec for Sunday Lunch. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Very good traditional meal. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend

Lovely quaint pub. Staff very pleasant & helpful. We had the roast beef & lamb which was very nice. The only negative for me with my meal was that the roast potatoes & Yorkshire pudding were a little over done for my liking, but could have been down to the time of day, 3.15pm, when we visited. Would definitely visit again
