I come to this cafe as it is near my place of work. The food is good, but the service is terrible. V slow, not bringing out coffee and cakes at the same time (that's what trays are for), forgetting utensils, milk for coffee. This is why I will not leave a gratuity.

expensive, don't expect to find familiar brands in their supermarket section, However this is what makes this place stand out, you can always go to a Tesco express for less expensive mass produced brands

Slow service. Waited 30 minutes for a table, took our order within about 5 minutes, and then another 40 minutes wait for all our food and cutlery to arrive.Food fairly unremarkable for the price.Used to love visiting here several years ago, but I think the quality of other cafes has gone up in this time, whereas Darts has at best stayed still.Setting is nice, but a little crowded.

To start there was a wait because it was so busy but thats only because this place has such incredible food! I had the classic breakfast and they were happy to substitute the given items which was incredibly helpful. Really friendly wait staff too. We then had the triple chocolate cake for dessert which was epic. 100% would come here again.

Good food great butchers plenty of room outside for families

Very long wait this morning for breakfast waited 20mins for a table and then over an hour from when we sat down to when we were brought our food. Not ideal with a baby and a 3 year old having to wait too. We had high hopes after visiting the shop the evening before we came back specially for breakfast but we were quite disappointed sadly.

Delicious breakfast cooked from local produce. The service was polite and fast. From fresh juices to delicious eggs and sausages.Slightly pricey, but you are know you are paying for top quality local product.

Very nice breakfast with local products and good variety of food and cakes. The staff very welcoming , and service very quick. We had our order in our table in less than 10’ !! A bit expensive but Recommended!

Stopped here after a morning at Topsham pool. Food market was great and wasn’t expecting a whole lot of the restaurant but it was convenient for lunch. It was incredibly busy and we had to join a long-ish queue for a table but not for long because the staff were very efficient and really on top of turning the tables over. Something that might seem minor but is to often overlooked is the quality of the furniture; all the tables and chairs were solid wood and solidly constructed so there was no wobbly furniture and it added to the comfort. The table service was equally efficient and while everyone was having relatively simple sandwiches for lunch, they were served up swiftly with excellent sprouted grain salads with a bottle of dressing on the side which I wish more places would do.The coffee came from EXE coffee roasters and was the best coffee I had whilst on holiday in Devon (other than at the EXE coffee cafe in Exeter itself!).The whole site is worth a stop for the food market, large playground, other shops and mini petting farm with alpacas.

Expensive but expected of a high end place like this. Delicious salad came with my bacon sandwich which was odd, but it tasted good! Didn't fill me up as much as I'd hoped though, and could have eaten too but was too worried to order again and feel a pig in such a classy place 😂😂😂
