We ate there twice. Both times the staff were very helpful. It was, spacious, even tho it was quite busy. The menu wasn't massive, but all the food was delicious. Dig friendly and a big play park and eating area. Would recommend a visit

Fantastic food and lovely staff. Delicious starters and puddings. The steaks for mains were amazing! Such great value for money too. The two ladies working were both lovely as well. Such a nice little pub!

We booked for Sunday lunch and were not disappointed! Lovely staff and lovely meal! Lots of veggie options, we had the nut roast, the potatoes and Yorkshire pudding were to die for and the deserts were yummy and fast service! Could not recommend enough!

While staying on adjacent campsite, the owner suggested we have a drink and meal here, staff very friendly and reserved a table for us. Both meals where excellent, the lamb shank was just exceptional complemented by a lovely veg dish, not to forget the couple of pints of Otter real ale. Looking forward to a return visit

Popped in on our way home after a day out on the off chance they would have a free table. And yes, they were able to accommodate us, 2 adults & 2 children. The staff were very polite & friendly. Our order was taken promptly & the food arrived piping hot. All 4 different mains & 2 puddings were delicious & very good value for money. Well worth a second visit if we are in the area in the future.

The inn has an outdoor play area for kids which is great if you want to keep the kids entertained. We ate outside and where asked to provide a card to be scanned for a tab. I've never been asked for this before in any other place I've eaten. But I guess it might be because they have had people run off in the past and not paid. Burgers where good, chips where chunky, you get 2 onion rings and a very small portion of coleslaw. The size of the burger and chips where good. The menu does have onion rings and coleslaw as sides. Some indication of size might be helpful. A lot of other places would just have a burger at a lower price and get you to order sides. Overall would return and have a burger but would order sides as well. Staff very nice and friendly.
