Innkeeper's Lodge Exeter Clyst St George in East Devon

A really pleasant spot to stay for the night after a great day out at the rugby. The rooms were comfy, well laid out and clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Both the evening and breakfast meals were excellent and I highly recommend it! We'll definitely be staying again!

Clean spacious rooms, quiet and a great breakfast.

Lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Lively food available in the traditional bar including a good breakfast selection. Helpful and friendly staff.

Beautiful place to stay, the food was amazing and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Only giving 4 stars because the room was very small but it was also the last one available. Would definitely come again!

I stopped here to eat lunch and it is very good. Lots of choices in the menu and large portions. Thanks for a great meal :)UPDATE: Yesterday I visited again. Oh my god it was opposite day. Everything was either overcooked, or lukewarm. Food was microwaved, cremated or wrong. (this was a Wednesday) Portion sizes were tiny and the food was overpriced for what you got. The kids chicken burger (which was ordered the first time) was burnt and the bun tasted stale. Spare yourself the pain and please do not eat here. Thanks for a bad meal :(

Great service, friendly staff. The rooms were spotless and the facilities were very good based on the price for the room for the night. Couldn't pick a fault with this place. Excellent stay and will be coming back again

We stayed in a family room for a weekend break and it turned out to be a great experience. The room was spacious, quiet and the beds very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and was excellent as well. Overall a very good choice and excellent value for money.

The staff were so cheerful and genuinely cared you were happy and enjoying. The room was clean comfortable and tastefully decorated. The food was lovingly prepared and beautifully presented. Plenty of choice with extra effort. Really pleasantly surprised. Thank you

Very pleasant stay, room clean and comfortable. Dinner was OK but the scallops and prawn starter was dry and the roasted salmon overcooked. Otherwise a convenient place to stay and we enjoyed it.

Staff is brilliant, homey feeling, very clean and spacious rooms for a very good price and you get a pub with surprisingly tasty food on your doorstep. We will definitely going to stay here again. It was an amazing experience, better than some well known full of stars hotels!
