Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Devon

No milkshakes and no big tasty buns, bit of a poor show tbh

Drive-through quick and easy, plenty of parking if need be. Foods normally pretty good, never had any issues apart from having a missing food item once.

App didn't work so couldn't order ahead. Restaurant was very busy floor was messy and tables were dirty. However, on a positive note, we both tried the McPlant Burger and thought it was delicious.

Less of a wait for orders now when ordering through the app which is good. Seems a lot less seating since the refurbishment though

Shared a delivery today with my grandchildren, as I am disabled we had a kind of picnick brunch on the bed ... we were Very disappointed. The burgers were cold, the fries were cold and hard. The sauces were ordered, but not delivered, and the Hot chocolate was Luke warm chocolate. All in all, it was very poor.Can and should do better McDonalds .... Competition is Hotting up.

Exmouth Macdonalds never have milkshakes, just take them off the menu, or put a sign up before people get to the drive through! I sat in a drive though after being told there was none at the order point by which point I couldn’t get out and had to sit there in the que until others had left! This must have been the same for hundreds of people.

There was so Many this missing in my order. We came there when it was almost no people inside. But still half of our order was missing. Wrong organisation of personnel. When we finally get everything what we ordered, our food went cold. No compensation. Only manager irritation and his words 'it was a long day'..

This place is incredibly hit and miss. Tonight was a miss. Trying to order off the menu on the drive through only to be told you don't do what I wanted anymore yet its still being advertised as available. The girl and guy on the drive through station where zero help, offered no apology and seemed more concerned about chatting and having a laugh with other members of staff then actually doing their jobs. We counted 4 members of staff just stood around, seemed like it was more of a gathering of friends then people actually doing their jobs. I'm all for having a laugh and joke (after all people aren't robots) but come on guys, you should at least be taking care of your customers.

Fist visit here and not been to any McDonalds for a while . A very helpful and friendly member of staff helped us order our meals from self service screen. Good value food and quickly served . Overall quite impressed.

Had a large order, family of 8, a staff member advised me to check my order in the car, good job as 5 items were missing! Went back in, no problem getting the missing items however the 1st half of the order was cold by the time I got home to the family to eat it, good value, great taste just careless handling from the staff on a big order? Shame really!!
