Lovely shop, great selection of homeware.

They don't make it clear on the website you can only pay by card. They do NOT accept cash, which is ridiculous when you consider the dodgy internet connection in the countryside. Not only did the internet go down but they had a powercut while the last person in our group was trying to order food.I would have left but we were tired and hungry and cold from getting caught in a torrential downpour of rain. The cafe was cold, so it wasn't cosy. If you have a group of 3 or more you have very limited seating. It feels like they went a bit more for style over substance in the design.My two friends liked their food but thought it would be warm dishes, so it would have been good to make that clear on the menu. Maybe have a warm/cold dishes section.The pasta orzo is a cold salad not a warm pasta dish ( as my friend had assumed) , and the salmon salad.. isn't warm salmon.On the upside, the staff were nice and did their best and eventually got the card machine working. My dish, potato hash and sausages, was really tasty. The decor is nice. If you're not in a group of 4 or more ( there is only one table that accommodates 4-6 people), not hungry, cold and in a rush, then I'd recommend trying it.

Terrible customer service. We've been in touch with this company on several occasions due to an order placed several weeks ago. The invoice provided by NKUKU included completely incorrect company details despite being sent our updated details on several occasions via email.When calling the company to discuss the entire matter with a team member (hoping for helpful assistance) we were faced by an extremely incompetent team member called Imogin who came up with nothing but pointless excuses as to why we've received terrible customer service over the last couple of weeks.We've also been trying to get hold of the Trade department via telephone since Monday as no-one was responding to our emails yet the phone lines do not go through.Absolutely ridiculous, we highly regret ordering goods via this company.

Lovely flavour coffee, thick and creamy oat milk! Accompanying with a decadent vegan carrot cake. Relaxed atmosphere so a great place to gather your thoughts. Inspired me to buy some of the coffee cups too!

Beautifully, well laid out shop with very friendly and helpful staff.We discovered it by driving by where we recognised the name by purchasing their stuff from elsewhere.Purchased a stunning giant Christmas bauble, although tempted to buy the whole shop!!

Very nice decor in the cafe. Slight lack of comfortable seating (lots of very stylish wooden stools etc). Coffee was pretty good. Staff seemed stressed and our seats were right next to where the staff were working. Overall this is a pretty great coffee shop.

Lovely space, but ultimately disappointing range of designs on show and prices higher than retailers. Cafe was almost bare of food before 2pm. Prob wouldn't bother visiting as it felt like a wasted journey off the a38

Great to visit and check out the furniture first hand before you make purchases online with nkuku. We wanted to check out their sofas and weren't disappointed. The cafe is closed for a refit and due to open in July all being well.

Excellent place! The staff here are very very friendly and add to the feeling of being at a home whilst you enjoy an expertly made coffee and some home made style food or wonderful cakes. Vegan options available and the surroundings are really nice too. You can either sit inside the cafe or enjoy the outdoor courtyard when the weather is nice. One of the best places for a coffee in the South West!
