Great location, good food, nice service, not bad on price!

·

As usual Rado always very helpful sorting out any problems.

·

In view if the Cov19 restrictions, everything was good. Staff had time for a laugh and made the experience a happy one.

Stopped of for refreshments today and had the added bonus of the band playing in the gardens! This is where the praise ends. Unfortunately we witnessed really bad customer service whilst we were there! There was an elderly man who obviously required a little help with information on the food available. He was treated as if he was stupid by 3 separate staff members who spoke to him like he was a nuisance. And they had absolutely no interest in helping him choose something to eat. He was given literally 2 options of something with chips to choose when he had actually asked about sandwiches and cake! I cannot believe that people working within the hospitality field have no people skills! It would have taken 2 minutes for one of them to go through a few of the options with this gentleman but instead they made him feel like a huge problem! This gentleman was elderly NOT stupid and I really think your staff should polish up on there customer service!

Lovely place to go for lunch. Good choice of food, reasonably priced. Excellent coffee.

·

Posh at the seaside is the restaurant in the Exmouth seafront pavilion. They do good coffee, food and reduced price for OAP.

·

Food prices are good but could do with draining mince in the Shepard's pie as can still taste oil/fat/gravy plus over done the cheese on lasagne. Just a personal opinion. Staff great and whole place very clean

Took my six year old granddaughter to lunch at the cafe today........ a first for both of us. We ordered from the children's menu, the Pop Crackle Chicken meal which stated that the chicken was chicken breast. It turned out to be reclaimed meat and certainly not chicken breast and maybe not even chicken. It was grey and stringy. We complained and our money was reimbursed. The waitress apologized and said they had no idea when they ordered the product that it was not chicken breast and they were about to change it. We questioned why it was advertised as chicken breast and she repeated that the item was being changed. Not a good experience.

Always enjoyed this place but standards have drastically dropped lately ,my grandson only wanted hash brown and sausages received one of each and was charged £5.50! There was at least 16 of us eating, so disappointed.

Great people, great food! Simon and team have done a wonderful job here. Child friendly, delicious menu, excellent coffee. Would come back every time.
