Restaurant at Otter Nurseries Garden Centre in East Devon

Delightful local garden centre. Have been shopping at their branch in Ottery St Mary for 20 years and this is a smaller version but with same good plant selection and helpful staff; not to mention lovely veranda for lunch and afternoon tea.

Great variety of plants, garden furniture etc. The shop has lots of pretty things and the food and service in the cafe is Brill.

Love ❤ this place. Visit every time I'm on holiday in Devon. Especially before Christmas. So much to see and buy and the shop seems to expand every time I return. One of my Happy places!

Regularly visit the nurseries and never been disappointed, great selection of plants, accessories and many other products, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The cafe is lovely and a great place to grab a bite whilst exploring, would always recommend the nurseries.

This is a well known garden centre… and it lives up to its reputation.. it’s a must for serious and not so serious gardeners… massive range of everything needed outside.. as with all garden centres nowadays they have clothes.. books and smellies\ scents.. loads generally to keep the oldies occupied… and of course the garden centre cafe… go enjoy!!! Lovely place with vast array of products. Nice to walk round and browse. Their breakfasts are exceptionally nice and fresh too!

Went there for lunch, as we were visiting the area with friends. Had a nice meal then browsed a little. A lovely, airy, spacious building with friendly staff and a great selection of product from garden to clothing. Easy parking too. Will revisit.

I bought a single hyacinth bulb as a token gift for my sick neighbour it cost £1.99. it flowered and died in 4 days which was embarrassing for me, as if I had bought it cheap. I also bought a 3 bulb hyacinth in my local supermarket for £1.50p and it is lovely. I will buy from there again.

I love this place. So many unusual things. I travel almost every December from the Midlands to buy my Christmas lighting. Very good. The cafeteria is great to and very reasonable. Staff all along by the current restrictions. Free parking too. A+

We always enjoy visiting Ottery Garden Centre, we get held up by our children wanted to look at the vast outdoor selection of pots and garden furniture, water features and little ornaments. Inside it's much the same, vast selection of everything that you might need. We went recently to pick a Christmas tree, a big selection and a smooth process from start to finish. Plenty of staff on hand to help look at trees and get them over to the payment section. We stopped in the restaurant for a breakfast which was delicious, lovely and warm in there. Only improvement would be to get some toilets closer to the restaurant. It becomes a mad dash with potty training children who give you 0.1 seconds notice before making a puddle.
