We go to Spillers in the summer and it is always excellent, we treated ourselves to a couple of autumn day thus year, and everything was great, welcoming cake, fridge with milk and bottled water.Jayne and Carl are fantastic hosts, always friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely brilliant 👏 👌, can't wait for our next visit 10 out of 10, the room was fantastic, very comfortable and lovely and warm 😀.

What a beautiful house, tastefully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings, very homely and relaxing, our double room had sound proof glazing cancelling out any traffic noise and a lovely comfortable bed, the genuine welcome from Carl and Jayne was a reflection of their professionalism, the food was out of this world, a true landmark cooked breakfast that will take some beating! Skilfully prepared on an Aga without any hint of grease anywhere!A mention for “Ripple” the sheepdog, wonderful temperament and appreciative of fuss😀The location is great for Axminster, Seaton & Lyme Regis with lots of decent pubs and restaurants, we were sad to leave and would love to return.

Really enjoyed our stay here, the place was spotless and well decorated, the bed so comfortable and the decor especially the en-suite was to die for.Jayne and Carl are fantastic hosts as is their breakfast which uses the eggs from the farm and locally sourced fresh ingredients. The grounds around the farmhouse are beautiful and has its own lake.We will definitely be staying there again.. thank you

Great stay here- in the superior room. This fronted onto the road. We found the traffic noise slightly irritating, but with the window closed it was barely audible. The room is large and tastefully decorated. The TV is small, but adequate. The bed was very comfortable. Two slices of cake were supplied every day- a nice touch. Plenty of coffee and tea available. A small fridge was an added bonus. The owners supply fresh milk, which was always nicely chilled. The shower could not be faulted. The cubicle was large. Just one minor suggestion; please supply somewhere to put shower gel, face cloth etc. This has to be put in the tray. My back isn't what it used to be, so bending down was a bit of an effort. To be fair, shower gel etc was supplied and handily placed, but I prefer my own.The breakfast was A1. My vegetarian equivalent was excellent. If you fancy a stroll, there is a lake on site. Plenty of places to visit nearby, but you do need your own transport. The owners are very attentive, so if you have any problems during your stay, just sing out. All-in-all, well worth a visit.

Stayed here on a cycle tour along the Jurassic coast and it couldn’t have been a more welcoming reprieve. They really went the extra mile over breakfast and the cake on arrival was delightful. Would strongly recommend!

This is our 3rd year at spillers farm and we love it so much the breakfast is so nice . Our room was lovely and clean . We love everything about spillers farm that we have just booked to go back next year .

The place I stayed I was very beautiful, we had a welcome tray with fresh milk. There are lots of animals there. Two swans, 3 or 4 sheep, when I was there they had brought 4 new piglets, (they were adorable) and they had a sheep dog. They made really good breakfast. It is said not everyone can eat all of the food on the plate. There really is a lot on the plate. You can buy jam which is good. I think it was great, the people there were very welcoming.

Great room a pleasure to stay in, great shower. Great hosts 2nd visit there but we will return as we forgot to see the piglets when we left.Great breakfast a "proper" full English. Lots of nice places all around to visit and see.

First class comfortable accommodation with TV and refreshments in the room. Good variety and excellent big breakfast. Ideal location, not far from the coastal path for walking and lots interesting places to visit. Additional interest with the farm animals and lake on the property. Carl and Jayne great hosts together with Ribbon the farm dog.
