Starbucks in East Devon

Was advertising their cold brew outside but when I went in they said they didn’t do cold brew at all. It’s not that difficult to make, just need it to steep for about 20 hours. Not sure why they’d advertise for it (and have it on their menu) but then just blatantly say “yeah we don’t make that.”

Nice and very friendly staff, had a great time.

Never had a badly made drink before but about an hour ago I bought 2 chai lattes and they are honestly just milk and water, no flavour whatsoever! Never loved the coffee but now I won't even be returning for the other drinks... nearly £8 wasted...

Outside was a mess with dirty tables.There was sign outside advertising iced frappes… went inside and they didn’t have the ingredients to make ANY frappes…So got a normal iced coffee with pump of caramel.Got into car and tested if just plain coffee. May aswell have been battery acid.Would rather eat my own face than return.Won’t be returning, horrible experience, don’t waste your time and go Honiton instead.

worst starbucks ever please don’t go here it should be closed down. very rude staff they got my order wrong and i asked for a drink with no ice and had a problem with it and i ordered a latte with soya milk and got given a latte with normal milk which i’m allergic too so luckily i saw or i couldve gotten very ill and i said to them and they got annoyed at me saying it’s wrong and once i sat down with my family the two girls who got our drinks wrong gave me the dirtiest look and went off to laugh it looks. don’t go here it’s terrible service should be closed down!!!🤮

Toilets a shambles. Water(?) on the floor and no paper. Restaurant unswept and tables dirty. Gets two stars because the cinnamon roll was nice otherwise TIDY UP STARBUCKS!!

We just had coffee and cake thought £13 was a lot. Coffee was excellent but very disappointing was area very untidy thought it could do with a clean to make it more appealing.

The coffee was nice but the customer service we got was not.When we arrived it was raining quite heavily, a good hour before they shut. All the chairs had been put on tables as if they were about to close. I asked a member of staff called Roz where I could sit and was told on the hard wooden chairs near the doorway, all the comfortable chairs had their tables stacked on them so unable to use them.When I did order my 2 coffees and 2 cakes they only charged for 1 coffee and nearly 3 cakes. When waiting for 2nd coffee to arrive it didn't as they only charged me for one, so had to order another one which came in a takeout cup but I was staying inside so then had to ask for a cup.I could understand this if they were busy but there was only 3 customers in there. I would not recommend this place god knows what's it's like when it's busy .

Went in here fir a quick stop along the A35, the toilets were dirty, dust over the toilet roll holder, water all over the floor.I grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and then was ignored by the 2 female staff behind the counter, who were having a conversation, on of the girls looked at me then carried on talking to the other one.I left the water on the counter and left, to take my custom where it would be appreciated.The store was empty, no wonder if that's the service and level of cleanliness.

This roadside coffee shop has now reopened. However, due to Coronavirus restrictions there was only a take away service available.There was controlled access to coffee shop, in accordance with social distancing measures.Despite the difficult and unusual circumstances the staff were friendly and efficient and the coffee was so good. This was our first coffee shop coffee since lockdown was introduced, which made it all that more enjoyable. Good to see open again.
