Very nice village pub , very good welcome , shame I live so far away like to make it my local

Have been to the community pub a couple of times now and can only praise the friendly warm welcome, which is not what you always get when going to a new pub. What’s more the food is fantastic and would certainly recommend.

The food and welcome was amazing. Really lovely homely feel to the place. Great to hear it's community run as well.

Ordered food on the just eat app. Food was mediocre chips were hard with hardly no potato in them, The hunters chicken looked great but only about 7 chips with it, Burgers looked lovely but the burger was quite rubbery, Cake was lovely. I personally won't order again as for the price I paid it wasn't worth it.

Lovely pub, lovely Roast too! The outdoor area for kids is fantastic, happy kis, happy parents!

I had a lovely afternoon here for the 10th anniversary and watching them receive an award! It was only my second time visiting but I'll be heading back. The staff can't do enough for you. I heard they do amazing Fish and Chips to take away too! I'll be heading back soon.

Lovely community run pub, really nice people and very nice food. Decent price on the pint also. Great stop if walking from Brampford Speke. Just wish you got an extra chicken strip or two in an order as they taste great but four just wasn't enough. Very friendly to us and our dogs!!

Home delivered Sunday Roast (beef) and chocolate fudge cake.(£19)20 mins late , I groaned, and so I openned the box..food piping hot, smells good,..first thought ,not much brocoli, moan, not much cauliflower,moan, but then I tried the beef..( 3 thick slices) swoon...top quality ...roasties, swoon, perfect...so lateness forgiven i openned the fudge cake box.. didnt expect to find a generous pot of cream...so in fairness I give this top marks and recommended accordingly

This pub's food has come highly recommended to me over the years from various reliable sources . Delighted to have finally had the experience of sampling a gorgeous roast today and its been worth the wait, I was not disappointed in my expectations. The roast potatoes were divine, very generous with the meat, a good cut. Veggies fab, gravy fab. And I hear this is a community supported pub doing great food and working hard to serve the local community and keep us hungry folks happy. Thank you, I will definitley use again and recommend to friends 😋😁
