Subway in East Devon

Tuna salad with cheese without cheese. Tiny bit of tuna inside of it which cost £5! Opened the nacho dorittos to find what can only be described as the most measly amount of topping the world has ever seen (hardly worth buying)Called to rectify, and was told they cannot do anything about it as it was delivered by just eat. This would never have happened had I been stood there watching and we feel taken advantage of. If the lad on the phone wasn't polite I would have scored one star.Overall, not value for money. Alot less taste due to the lack of toppings etc. Very disappointed indeed!

Nice and friendly staff and nice clean place the only reason I give it 2 stars is purely due to the fact that they have a pathetic 2 staff on and countless amounts of deliveroo orders which takes priority! They need more people on orders and at least one that deals with deliveroo orders.

One of the better subways in Exeter. Well trained efficient staff. But need to be a bit more generous with the sauce 😉

Honiton Road Subway 19.30 28th Jan went in for food as late back, young girl on there making subs with gloves on but kept getting her mobile phone out of back pocket to check it but kept same gloves on to continue making subs! It is really busy tonight and only 3 on but that is so unhygienic, Change your gloves!!!

Slow service , dirty preparation area, poorly trained staff, get your takeaway from somewhere else. Would not recommend.

It was busy (and not very cheery) but after a very short wait I was served in a professional and efficient manner. It is a shame the whole place seems a bit miserable though- it could do with some personalised decorations, maybe make it a bit less corporate and soulless

Went in there tonight and the place was filthy, food mixed, food all over the counters and all ok tables ond floors!! Not what you want to see when ordering food!! The poor lad who served us was trying his best and had very little help from the rude colleague he was on shift with, waste of space! He asked her to put my order through the till and she refused and waved a till receipt in his face.

Friendly staff, quick service, air conditioned (it's 28 degrees today) and look at that photo, it's a monster, imagine what that did to my insides...it was glorious. Would devour again

Just had a refit, giving the place a nice new look, fresh and clean. Good food and customer service :)

I've been to hundreds of subways over the country and this might be the worst. Firstly, the staff don't seem to properly know the prices and offers available. I clearly asked if a 6 inch Italian BMT would work with a £3 meal deal. I get to the checkout and the price is different. I then have to explain what a staff member said and they replied saying the offer isn't available anymore. Even worse is that the place is quite dirty. Yes it's very busy, but already every table is messy. Luckily I wont be coming here again.
