Really is a stunning and beautiful place to visit and the beach cafe is very warming and a good variety of quality cooked meals

Did what it says on the tin. OK accomodation although not perfectly clean (imagine staffing issues because of pandemic/time of year). Good activities for granddaughter. Climbing, off-road driving, crazy golf, etc. Good shop & takeaways on site. Nice beach & walks from site. Hilly ! Enjoyed stay. 🙂

Prices don't reflect the quality of the food. My family is overall highly disappointed with the experience. We were substantially more satisfied with the nearby Papa John's, who will take better care of your order for much less.

Much the better of the 2 restaurants on site, food seems to be freshly cooked and not microwaved (unlike the Mash and Barrell which was, quite frankly, awful). Friendly, smiling staff all dressed in Halloween costumes.Would definitely choose to eat there again if we go back to Devon Cliffs

Very clean, great staff especially the lady with dark hair greeting you as you enter very pleasant she was. Food is delicious and dog friendly which us brilliant 👏We visited most days on our holiday to Sandy Bay.

Good hygiene. Friendly staff even when rushed off their feet. The food is excellent particularly their fish and chips. Not average, not just good but excellent. Nice light crispy batter on the fish, chunky chips served with garden peas, pickled onions, tartar sauce and curry sauce. Never had this anywhere before. Absolutely delicious.

Lovely restaurant with a great outdoor terrace looking over the sea & nearby play area. I couldn't get the Haven app to work to order drinks so had to sit on the top level. We visited during a very busy & stressful time for the hospitality & catering industry & a few dishes were unavailable. However EVERY member of staff there worked hard and went out of their way to help/accommodate us. Full marks to the team from us.

If I could leave one star I would. Poor service and staff were unprofessional and didn’t offer solutions to any of our problems. Waited 50 minutes for our drinks to come and upon arrival our drinks were 3/4 empty due to us asking for no ice and in plastic cups. The waitress could also not tell us the difference between the coke and coke zero and didn’t bother to work it out for my mom who is diabetic. Then when we raised our issues the waitress came to no solution and changed the subject and tried to take our order… when we tried to order half of the menu was unavailable which we had not previously been made aware of. I also payed over £3.70 for a glass of the mocktail for it to come in a cup smaller than what i would give my toddler and half of that was ice. I’m very dissatisfied and would never even think of recommending this place again or returning.

It is a lovely restaurant that we had as a treat as it has a more upmarket menu, we had the steak, seabass and burgers which went down a treat. The food was very nice, the atmosphere good and the staff friendly and helpful. All in all lovely meal.

Had a lovely meal here two adults and two children. Service was excellent Baz our waiter was attentive and his customer service is second to none. We had a table looking out to sea - a great view. Nice atmosphere with a cosy feel. Food was excellent and portions just right. Would return and recommend.
