Excellent choice of lunch on the menu. Great teas and coffees as well as soft drinks . Outside and inside seating on this super Spring day. Great service. Make sure you have cash.

Traditional, very popular tea room. Much nicer than today's fast and furious plastic cafes. This is a place to enjoy in slow time.

I loved this Tea Shop. We opted for the tuna andwiches which came with crisps, and a small salad. Absolutely delicious 😋 the fine bone China tea cups, and doyley tablecloths were a lovely touch. Highly recommended

We visited many years ago as a couple for a Chocolate Cream Tea and wanted to bring my children, four and one, back to experience the same. Unfortunately the chocolate cream tea is no longer on the menu plus we were not made to feel comfortable as a family. The owner snapped at my child for playing with the packets of salt and sugar and would make no allowances for the extra needs of children. I cannot recommend it as a family friendly place.

Lovely place to visit when spending time in Budleigh. A very warm welcome from the staff. Really nice food and prompt service despite visiting during a busy lunch time. I would highly recommend popping in for a tea and sandwich!

Fantastic traditional tea room serving the best cream teas. The savoury cheese scones with cheddar and local chutney are a real treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Budleigh Salterton.

The staff is lovely and the food tastes delicious. Happy to see they were so busy during the bank holiday weekend 😃 The sandwiches were delightful and hope we can try the crab next time 🦀

Very charming little tea room with an extensive light lunch menu -sandwiches, jacket potatoes, salads. Caters well for gluten free, 3 different types of g/f scone, impressive! Friendly service and suitable for families with little ones.
