The Diggers Rest in East Devon

A relaxed and friendly village pub. Good service with a very varied menu offering traditional english fare along with european meals too. Totally delightful!

A short stroll from Brown's Farm. Friendly pub for a meal or just a drink. Sells essential groceries too as there isn't a shop in the village. Entertainment on some evenings.

Decent food and friendly staff at a wonderful country pub.

Met up with friends here for a meal,Absolutely lovely place.Fist class service and food was excellent, the young girl serving us learnt a new language (Scottish 😂)Will definitely be using this place again. Thanks for a lovely evening.

We stayed nearby. My wife requires a gluten free menu and almost everything on the menu is gluten free! The food is wonderful, so much choice especially for her. We enjoyed it so much we went back a couple of times. Also dog friendly.

Food was worth the visit. The bar tender (assumed owner) seemed annoyed at our presence and I wouldn't return because of her attitude. Somehow the rest of the waiting staff were absolutely fine however

Great pub with a really nice atmosphere. Sensible menu of quality food and a good range of proper ales. Ideal for a leisurely lunch after a nice walk.

A beautiful country pub! Stopped for a midweek lunch. Staff were friendly, food was beautiful and reasonably priced

Lovely local pub with great food, beautifully presented, and at very reasonable prices. So good we went for dinner and then lunch the next two days. A real find!

Lovely pub. And the food was outstanding. The best fish I have ever had. Well worth a visit if your in the area.
