The Shed SteakHouse in East Devon

Absolutely awful.The waiter was pushy and a bit rude.The chips were over cooked . I was told that this type of lager was their premium lager and most popular. Omg it was like drinking cat's wee .I couldn't finish it. My wife and I will never go back there again!

By far the best place to eat in seaton , a gastronomic delight , the most tender delicious steak cooked perfectly, polite attentive friendly staff , and a dessert that was out of this world thankyou the shed a thoroughly delicious experience

We popped in on the off chance the kitchen was still serving food and they were kind enough to turn the ovens back on for us. Hands down one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had. Staff are very nice too.

Visited 1st June, advertised as a steak house and main reason for eating here. Booked a table in advance, though not full, to then be advised no fillet steak available; not a good start in a steak house.Ordered the rib eye, following usual cooking recommendation of 'medium', yet upon arrival it was medium> well, dry and lacking flavour. Triple cooked chips were unedible, appear to have been in the fridge before further cooking; inside were warm and like boiled potato texture, outside was just like card...horrible meal.Partner had the sea bass, which was very good, but same chips went uneaten. Daughter had burger and fries which were ok. That is fine, but this is a steak house and with premium prices !Regret to say I have had better steak in Witherspoons !Dont bother here, plenty of places locally to eat. Monsoon Indian is amazing, Eyre Court fantastic mussels dish.Sorry guys, I dont normally bother with reviews, but this steakhouse serving was poor.

Excellent place, fantastic buttermilk chicken best I have eaten, amazing melt in the mouth ribs too. Great music and vibe and the service was outstanding. We felt looked after and like our custom mattered. We were on holiday and definitely would recommend and will be back again when we return next year. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Lovely steaks but a bit over priced for what you get 🤔

Found this place by chance. Staff were very helpful and inviting. Looked after us. Food was delicious and well worth trying. We had the ultimate burger. Was not disappointed. Chunky chips were lovely. Give it a go!

Lovely Atmosphere, The food was delicious, the cocktails we're superb, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Fab venue, excellent service and delicious food. Awesome black pudding scotch egg; Steak was super tender, melt-in-the-mouth and perfectly cooked. AND the BEST ribs I have EVER eaten (and I've eaten a lot!!!). I highly recommend the sharing "The Shed Load" meat heaven!

Wow! The Shed has recently changed hands, now owned by the talented chefs in the kitchen. The menu is new and incredible. There are still plenty of the old favourites, no need to fret, but there are now also plenty of new and improved dishes. We all throughly enjoyed our meals, if you haven't been recently you must give it another try! The new chicken burger is something else, the steaks as always are incredible and there is a remarkable new cod dish.
