Bar lady was very rude and insulting not just to me but other customers as well.Even with the beer at a reasonable price I would never go back not worth it at all dreadful behaviour

As a weatherspoons fan, this pub ranks as one of the best. Clean, spacious, good staff, good beers and food.

Had a good pint of real ale with a grilled chicken meal, not good. NOT SURE HOW THEY PRODUCE THAT MEAL BUT THE CHICKEN WAS DRY AND ITS TEXTURE 'SOLID'. Staff helpful / friendly...

Can't beat the food and drink prices. Food always good.Could do with clearing tables more quickly though.

We went for a meal this afternoon , chips and peas were cold so we were given a bowl of fresh chips that were still partly frozen in the middle. Staff were good in that we were given a refund. The pub wasn't very clean , dirty mop buckets left out with water in it and the smell of urine at the bottom of the stairs to the toilets was terrible. I was very disappointed and won't be coming back to this pub.

An AbominationOver half the menu was out of stock, including all deserts, and there was little service. We had to find our own table, many of which had not been cleared from previous meals, and could not find a menu. The meal was less than adequate and we did not have a good time. Would not recommend.

As usual good value and very tasty food in a relaxed environment. Definitely worth a stop at when heading that way.

The pub was warm and the staff friendly.The food came out on hot plates within 6 minutes of placing our order. I had the all day brunch which was ok, eggs underdone and bacon charred and tasted mainly of the grill. My partners baked potato was not nice, she said it was a horrible consistency and she left it.A bonus was the FREE refill l coffee which was very nice.

It's away are pit stop on the way to or from lymee. Lovely little pub that's nice and quite.food it always great and staff are very friendly. Never had yo wait for a table and food has come out at a good times.
