The West Country Higgler in East Devon

Really good coffee and lovely staff! Highly recommend this place ☕️

Excellent coffee. Lovely to visit. Easy to park outside. Bonus

Great cafe. Really good coffee and salted caramel brownie.

Another fabulous visit to Higgler Coffee today. Always our favourite whenever we are in town. Beautiful freshly made cakes and superb coffee and the usual great service. Can't recommend The Higgler enough and wished we lived closer!

Lovely coffee. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff. A lovely find during our wander round Axminster. Maisie our cocker spaniel loved the treats.

Served a cream tea, when I complained that the scones were stale, the reply was they were fresh yesterday!!!! There seemed to be no way of heating them and the staff said they didn'thave a microwave. Alright for toasties, they can use their stale bread up!

Wow what a find, super friendly cafe in Axminister. Very friendly staff, service was excellent, great atmosphere. The best toast and butter, with a jar of homemade marmalade 😊 Brodie the dog was very spoilt with treats, he cannot wait to return. I ordered Guava and Peach Tea and was so impressed I bought a packet to take home. Looking forward to a return visit, so many more teas to try.

Staying locally with a non-coffee drinking relative and, wandering the streets of Axminster on Sunday morning, I thought I was destined for a mediocre Costa when I saw Higgler.Wanting to support a local independent, I went in and was pleasantly surprised. Just my sort of place and the coffee didn't disappoint. So just based on the coffee and the vibe, 5 stars. Will definitely return.

Just popped in for a hot chocolate. Have to say the best I've had. Now my favourite place for hot CHOCOLATE. Laurence, Beth and Annie could not of been more welcoming, helpful and friendly. The Christmas stollen was amazing

Great local independent coffee and loose leaf tea shop! Delicious food and lots of homemade tasty treats. Staff very friendly and welcoming
