4th time staying here lovely clean well run hotel staff so helpful golf course lovely too

Stayed here for 1night over Jubilee weekend and our double room was nice, clean, tidy and as described. The pool and spa area was really nice touch and inclusive breakfast was decent too. I must compliment the staff and hence 5* rating as they were really helpful and when we realised we left an item of clothing in room after we checked out, we called and they found and send in post the next day. Excellent service and hotel is great value for money i thought. Thank you

Excellent venue. Lovely course, friendly, efficient staff. Plenty of parking. Accomodation, pool, spar, Bistro and Restaurant all recommended.

Great place for lunch or just a coffee. Fabulous views and good indoor and outdoor dining. My only niggle is the coffee could be stronger.

We enjoy the gym membership & enjoy going & clean facilities. it has gone up by 20% since reopening which is a big jump. Often the sauna is out of use & it is abit on smaller side but its ideal for us.

Had a lovely time at the spa today. Booked for my daughters birthday last year and cancelled a couple of times due to covid. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We attended Dudsbury spa, having never been to this spa before, we really didn’t know what to expect. Well..we couldn’t have been more made up, we walked and were greeted by a lovely, warm and friendly lady called Lisa who instantly put us at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Our treatments were amazing, Liv and Jess were very attentive and professional. The facilities were exceptional, we had a very nice lunch within the spa, it was intimate and quiet. We couldn’t have been more relaxed and catered for. Thank you for a wonderful time. We will be back. From two very happy customers. THANK YOU.

Disappointed this visit, I have used Spikes and the restaurant regularly over the past few years, but lacked the sparkle this visit, the staff seemed under pressure which reflected on the service, I appreciate we, are in the middle of a pandemic, but the restaurant needed additional staff.I went for the Lamb curry, which in my opinion was tasteless, lacked seasoning, and was served with prawn crackers, not a poppadoms and chuckney as stated on the menu, I had to ask, I did the get them!!!Overall disappointed

Lovely place to stay, clean comfortable and a spa as well. The breakfast was well presented with plenty of choice and good service. The bar was a welcome retreat after being out all day. Staff were polite and helpful would defiantly stay again.
