Ate here tonight, last minute decision, difficult place to find, but a hidden gem, food delicious, restaurant clean, staff very friendly, would definitely eat here again

Absolutely disgraceful customer service very rude, dictating what and when you can order the food off the menu, long wait time for food even though it was empty, food quality was ok if it wasnt for the rude staff we would of most likely of returned but never again. ****AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID****

We booked one week ago for the Sunday Lunch Buffet, 16 January 2021. When we arrived we were advised that there was no such thing as a Sunday Lunch Buffet, despite the fact it was on their website, and the menu they handed us for their business lunch ( stated ask us about Sunday lunch buffet £12.50). OK we all know covid has changed everything but there was no apology, in fact they tried to make it appear like we were idiots. Don't bother with this restaurant they are very rude people. We did eat there but the food was terrible, so wish we had just walked out

Arrived at 1900 NYE....only 4 of us - including my 8 year old.By 2130 we were still waiting for our main course. All the while no table service to offer more drinks or update us as to the delay.Eventually we were informed the food would still be another 30 mins because they were prioritising a large fast food order.We decided not to wait as 3 hours was completely unacceptable.No apology, charged us for what we had eaten which was frankly outrageous seeing as we had all ordered a set menu and as such ended up paying more for the individual itemised food.So disappointed and will not return. Terrible service and what we did eat was overcooked.

Sadly greed got the better of them when we visited. Had to wait for over an hour for our main course as they took on fat more takeaway meals than they could cope with. Unapologetic, won't be going back.

The food is lovely and so is the waiter and waitress but the English owner is so cold and rude and looks quite out of place as she isn't friendly I'm suprised she has any regulars but then again if you don't choose the buffet option she may well crack a smile. She really needs to think if she wants to offer buffet or be a normal restaurant as when it comes to ordering she says your only allowed to pick 4 starters and mains your only allowed one each seems ridiculous as this means you'd be better of ordering from the menu and doesn't give the buffet experience of trying different selections. She makes you feel like your stealing food and we felt awkward asking for more food. This place is very strict with its rules and at nearly £20 a head I think you'd be better of somewhere with nicer management.

Ate here last night. Excellent food good service reasonable prices. Not been into eat here for ages as felt it was going downhill. Told how good it was now and have to agree . Welcome back...

First visit very impressed , had the lunch menu. The food was tasty and enjoyable.The decor delightful.Having worked in Hong Kong the memories came flooding back.The service friendly and welcoming . Yes , I'll be back.
