Costa Coffee in East Dorset

Terrible service, very rude. I paid £4.10 for a Costa that didn’t taste right and also looked awful! Do not go here!

Atmosphere is not great and they are also quite slow, there is no wifi, wouldn't recommend

Nice and clean, met a friend for coffee and sat inside for 2 hours did not feel harassed to leave. Nice place to meet and socialise.

Service and staff very good however found toilets absolutely disgusting both needed cleaning

Me and the wife had a nice sit down and coffee after a long walk. Was pleasant and staff were helpful.

Great costa branch with lovely members of staff - I go there all the time with my nan :)

Waited a long time in queue as new staff was being trained during lunch (rush hour) this could have been done during a quieter time. Price have gone up and still extremely disappointed they stopped the 25p off when using your own reusable cup.

The quality of coffee and food have drastically dropped, the staff is not particularly helpful not polite. Very annoying also to see the waste of water. The tap was left running for good 20 minutes for no reason.

Nice large and light Costa. Friendly staff. Today's cappuccino not quite as good as usual- nowhere near enough froth, more of a flat white. Very popular place, always busy when I've called in

I ordered through Uber as I was at work and I have to say they are amazing one of the items was out of stock and one of the amazing staff took their time to write me a little apology note I have to say this is great customer service and it made my day, so to who it may concern thank you for the note I very much appreciate it and hope you to have a happy Sunday 😊
