Golden Horse in East Dorset

Apart from the disgusting kitchen (dirty as hell) I dont know how they are able to operate with a food licence, they took my 15 year old son on to work the till and after 6 hours of training we asked when he would be paid, to which we were told that he wouldn't be until he was fully trained!

Omg told 1.5 hours and still not sent will be there in 45 mins still not arrived cancelled order. What a load of rubbish. Waist of time do not even go for a delivery.

The food from here is amazing. Have ordered from here many times. However thoroughly disappointed with the service this evening. We have been waiting for over 2 hours!! When I rang to find out where our order is, I got told sorry, it'll be another 30 minutes!! Recommend the food 100%, but not the delivery.

Food was very good, however the delivery sucks. We ordered online before they opened. Got our email with the delivery time which stated 18:45, well....let me not say. I would have rated them a star less if it wasn't for the fact that the food was tasty. Its a shame. Will have Chinese on another day, just not with them.

Last time we order from here again. Food always late, to be honest forgot about it and re ordered at 6.30 was told between 8 and 8.20 delivery. It was then delayed till 8.40 still no sign so called and was told another 30-40 mins, which I then cancelled. Nearly 3 hours. Disgraceful don’t know how they are still going as it seems to be an ongoing complaint with customers

What on earth takes so long!!!! Had to re order elsewhere, food hadnt even been cooked after three hours

Good food but always really late delivery. Keep forgetting this and re ordering but after tonight I won't be ordering again. Ordered at 6pm, now 7:45pm and the driver still hasn't come back from another delivery so don't expect our food until after 8pm.

The lady , at the reception was very nice. But the wonton soup was a little bit too salty and the salt and pepper squid was a bit rubbery and too salty. In the chicken chow Mein, there were too much noodles and few pieces of chicken.

Ordered at 18:20, food arrived at 20:40. After waiting 15 minutes after delivery time, I requested update, it was then delayed by another hour. When the food finally arrived we received no apology and the food was gross. Noodles were dry, bland and tasteless. Ribs were the saltiest thing I have ever tasted, not even just over salted, literally inedible and burning my mouth! Turned my stomach and all food has been left. Will never ever order here again. Disgusting food and disgusting service!!

This will be the last time we order from here, we placed an order online and was told it would take two and a half hours to be delivered. So decided call and collect our food. It took an hour for anyone to answer the phone. When someone finally picked up we were told we could collect in an 30 - 45 minutes. Their waiting times seem to be getting worse.
