Always delicious here. I really like the garden burger for vegetarians and the fact you can order online to pick up within a 5 minute window. One of those Covid changes that should stay!

Right so how do begin …. The portion size disgusted me… £6 for this , a large chips is basically a small. The chips are dry and taste like cardboard and I am absolutely outrageous after being told this was a lovely place!!!! Wouldn’t even give it a star

Placed our order online 1 1/2 hrs before collection time from the Verwood shop really annoyed that order not ready and walk-ins were being served before me. I was told by staff they were waiting for chips doesn't make any sense how they were serving others BUT I had to wait for chips. Looks like your online ordering system needs reviewing or is it a simple case of THE Staff don't care. Perhaps they need training on customer service and how to keep customers.

The fish and chips were ok but the burger was really poor. The bun was stale and the salad was brown lettuce. Not like the description at all.

The quality of the food has improved alot this year, I really recommend the loaded chips and the beef burger are pretty good. I wish they have more chicken options but the staff are friendly (as much as they can be with covid rules) and even though I had a messed up order, I explained what happened and was issued a refund straight away. I recommend to use the website and pre order before hand. Even though the website bit of a pain and could do with a update!

I feel the fish and chips could do with being cooked slightly longer, 30-60 seconds. Otherwise, no complaints, high quality here.

Ordered dinner for 3 as we had a busy day. My husband collected and we were waiting. There was one chips missing BUT there were so many chips in the other 2 portions there were too much for the three of us. Hot, tasty and we will definitely be going again.

Harlees doors the best fish and chips. The queuing system was efficient. Less than a 5 minute wait for hot cod and chips and pea fritters. Good car park .

Ask for salt and vinegar as they wrap it up and pop it in a bag so when you take it home or in my case sat in morrisions car park to eat it and as there was no salt and vinegar the chips were very dry - they keep it behind the counter so you do not see it . Shame as the fish was nice the chips chunky as I like them but they were dry.

Verwood’s only fish and chips shop ... so glad it’s Harlees... beats all other fish and chips shops by a mile. Went in today , Saturday night, about 7pm for 2xhalf chicken and chips . Chicken was cooked to order. Chips were crispy . Chicken smelt really nice and tasted awesome . Went in about 7pm so was not caught up in their rush hour service ... bet they get busy in there so wait may have to be expected . Service lady at till was nice and smiley .. not miserable like other fast food shop ... go Verwood chippy ... go . You are doing a great job !
