Herbies Fish & Chips in East Dorset

Good choice and very good quality food. Everything tasted excellent, chips, the batter on the sausage and pea fritters. Well recommended 👍

my savloy was over cooked or possibly even yesterday's, and the chips tasted like cardboard. And when you ask for a small portion chips and get a handful of chips I would say someone is taking the micky. hello

I had a lovely piece of cod which I throughly enjoyed. The chips were lovely too and a very generous portion. I would definitely have fish and chips from here again.

The worse fish and chips what me and my mates had!We been working to B7s Festival and found this shop very close and decided to go and eat!We done the worse mistake, firstly they mess around with the price, and the fish and chips 😬 after we weat we been Sick for 2 days, all of us !Most probably because they was overused the cooking oil!I definitely Don't Recommend this place to eat!!!

Have been before and normally very good food but this afternoon the chips were bloody awfull, could only eat a handfull of them threw away most of them they were dry and hard ,waste of money. If I go again will check food before I leave.Suspect the chips had been re heated from previous opening time.

I am very local to the Parley shop and use it regularly (or did), tonight's offerings were awful 😖, a simple sausage and chips, the sausages were fine but the chips were unedible and went straight in the bin. A shame as this is not the first time and I have given the benefit of the doubt.No more, Chips Ahoy here I come!!!

Perfect fish and chips! The fish was tasty and the chips were a good size (not matchstick chips like you get in some shops). Very tasty, highly recommended.

Delicious! Lovely food always cooked well and they really are best chips around! Only downside is they put the food in paper bags then in a plastic carrier bag could do with switching to paper bags and possibly stop using plastic carriers.

Herbies catered a big family get together for us last night. They were amazing! 46 orders and everything cooked to perfection. Everyone was asking who had done the fish n' chips and saying how lucky we are to have such an outstanding local business. Everything was delicious. Thank you so much Herbies!
