Very impressed with the large garden and smart interior. It was good to see a St. Austell ale on tap, alas it had run out, so I settled for a London Pride. Not too bad, but expensive at £2.35 for half.Good music and impressive menu.I may return to eat and will update this review

This busy pub is popular with families, couples & people with well behaved dogs.Staff are courteous & helpful. Order & pay at the bar with your table number & expect to wait if its busy.Food was hot & tasty - my daughter enjoyed her chicken & avocado salad & I loved the Hunters Chicken with triple cooked chips. The menu on this occasion was limited as several dishes we requested weren't available. School holidays may have caused problems with deliveries. The decor & indoor layout is really pleasant. Premises including toilets were clean & tidy.I recommend the Horn' s Inn & know why it's so popular with locals.

Lovely pub with good atmosphere and prompt friendly service. The food was disappointing though even though we ordered from the more expensive main menu. The fish pie was bland and contained mostly air and very little fish. The sausages were dry and tasted as though they had been cooked earlier and then microwaved. The barbecue sauce that was supposed to be on the Hunter's Chicken was a blended tin of tomatoes and the chicken salad was over-powered by raw onion. Great real ale though so would go again for a drink but not to eat.

First ever visit. Met family there for a meal on Friday evening. Fantastic atmosphere (once the music volume was reduced by request so we could talk) good value and nice food. The lady in charge and the new manager were welcoming, professional and a real credit to the entire team. Will definitely return.

On arrival there was a problem in that the booking I had made two weeks previously by a personal visit had not been recorded and the window seat I had booked for six of us, was occupied. The staff/team rallied around and joined three tables together for us and we had a fabulous lunch. The food was exceptional and very good value. We will all revisit again, but might check every two or three days to ensure our bookings are not lost.

Such a great outside space. 6pm on a wed. Fairly busy. Order food at bar. Good sized portions. Normal pub grub. Average pricing. Atmosphere fine, polite staff. Very clean loos.

Went here on a Monday evening for wife's birthday. Got a text from in law's asking if we wanted inside or out. Looked like rain so said inside. Got there and a lot of the outdoor tables are under cover brilliant.Food was nice and reasonable prices and every member of staff were very nice even got to chat with the staff member outside. The food was nice we had a mixture of everything mixed grill, pie, hunter chicken and steak. All cooked well and looked great. We all had puddings too which finished the meal off a treat. Can see myself there on a nice sunny weekend, let's just wait for the sun

Great place for a wonderfully tasty Sunday Roast. We are vegetarians and the tart on the Sunday roast was outstanding. My parents had the pork and they said the meat was melt in the mouth tender and very tasty. The pudding were exceptional too! Kid and dog Friendly. Great service. Friendly and helpful 👌
