Food always been hot and tasty

Chicken satay tough , seemed reheated , sweet and sour sauce thin , special fried rice again old , really not fresh , wont go again , too much to spend on rubbish food nowadays !

I have been here a few times and expect a short wait and have not been disappointed. Typical prices for a take away Chinese food establishment. I am a mobility scooter user and so do not need to have food delivered. Good food, fairly priced and hot. Thank you all.

Ordered tonight.....was a bit cold also salt and pepper chicken was very hard and tough to eat.

We were staying at a local camp site and declining the mobile pizza on offer that night we decided on a Chinese. We ordered over the phone, please note the prices on the menu on the google search are out of date. I read the reviews and it seemed ok, when we arrived the place looks like it needs a major makeover, but the young lady behind the counter was pleasant enough, she had quoted approximately 10 mins but it took around 30 minutes before our food was ready. We picked up the food and paid, more than we expected. We ordered meal for 3, B and there was plenty of food. The spring rolls were abit to greasy, the duck had bones, gristle etc mixed in with it but tasted well enough, the extra chicken balls were ok and the rest of the food was ok, but bit below par. So overall it’s ok if you aren’t to fussy.But if the owners read this, clean and repaint the front, if you were driving past the state of the place would probably put you off.

Placed an order and I had to ring twice to find out when it would be delivered only to be told we are waiting for the delivery driver. 1 hour 45 minutes later it was delivered by the manager, some of the dishes were cold and 1 dish was wrong. Rang back to let them know only to be told they wouldn't refund even though the girl on the phone admitted she ordered the wrong dish on our behalf?! They would replace only if they could collect the wrong dish which they could deliver in 5 minutes? If that's the case why did it take so long for my order to arrive! Advised I wouldn't be ordering again from them and they ended the call by saying 'OK no problem thank you bye' will not be ordering from them ever again, zero customer service and zero customer retention in such difficult times!.

Food is good large portions.Chow Mein was a bit bland. Arrived on time by a pleasant lady delivery driver.Food was hot would buy again occasionally.

Have been having takeaways from them for years, all very good. But the last few times the sweet sour chicken batter is Very thick.Just a little concerned that the chicken may not be cooked properly, don't like thick batter.The thick batter gives the impression of a large portion, will give this a miss in future.Otherwise will use in the future.

Food is ok, portion size is big. I got sweet and sour chicken balls, chips and some mini spring rolls. All cooked and taste great just bit too much batter on the chicken balls. The spring rolls are a good size not the usual little ones you get. All in all pretty decent. Bit on the pricey side though!

Service and food was good, unfortunatly the order appeared to be a bit messed up - but didnt realise till I got back. Food was still good, even though I wasn't sure what a couple of the dishes were. (It all still tasted good when we ate leftovers for breakfast!)
