Kfc in East Dorset

Food was good i.e standard KFC food, cooked well and well packaged.The two stars are because this is a regular holiday travel stop for myself and my family and every single time now without fail they forget some large items of the order so once I’ve gone through the drive through I then need to park up and walk in.Always check your order here - you will end up paying but not receiving your order!

As usual it’s a nice kfc but the last 4 times we got a home delivery it was wrong. Wrong drinks wrong food orders missing food orders. Don’t see the point paying for food anymore from there as it’s never right

Always spotlessly clean and I find the staff here polite and friendly. Compared to any other KFC this is by far the best. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

Well ... KFC is ... KFC . We all know it and if you are here then enjoy your visit there.To management:Please take care of your staff and make sure you're not missing basic things- cutlery,napkins, salt,etc also please make sure your order machines are working properlyOverall good experience with some issues - nothing that a good manager and a bit more enthusiastic staff could not fix:):):)

Tasty drive through, we did it for the novelty really but it was straight forwards. With a lovely smiley server called Ryan, put us all in a happy mood. Have a great day Ryan

Second time we have used this branch, first time they were significantly under staffed with a 30min wait for food that was then cold, second time quicker service but half filled crushum and very rude staff. Not impressed

Been to a few and this one stand out as the better one I've visited of late, very polite service from the young girl. Plenty of space to park up and the sir looked nice and tidy, inside was pleasant and looked nice and tidy.

Food very nice (kfc always is!) Knocked 1 star off for the cleanliness and 2 star for the young girl behind the counter stroking her hair and putting fingers in her mouth between serving! If I realised this beforehand I would not have ordered anything! Cobwebs and dust on lights

Just as you’d expect from any KFC! And it’s nice to finally have a Drive-Thru in Dorchester. Food was served quick even though it was busy and nothing was wrong. Gravy wasn’t order-able via the instore self serve machines (maybe out of stock) but that’s nothing to complain about. The one thing worth mentioning is that the air con could do with being turned down a notch as it was freezing inside and everyone was eating with their coats and hats on...

Brilliant food, not sure what the rest of the reviews are about as our food was hot and tasted lovely! Not a bad sized restaurant, especially for Dorchester. Pretty fast service as well. The only problems I have is that the car parking situation is not great, tiny spaces and not much room at all. The other is that the Christmas burger that had hardly any cranberry sauce, my partners was the same, but to be honest, the taste definitely made up for this as it was wonderful.
