McDonald's Ferndown in East Dorset

Luke warm soggy fries and barely visible in the box it was such a small portion. Milkshake not available again.

Always been a good experience for me never had the dreaded oil soaked bun, even when the drive in queue is all the way round it still moves quite quick.

I mean, one McDonald's is just like another right? Despite being busy service as pretty quick and bought to our table. One star knocked off as no napkins or straws. Also the kids' apple tasted weird.

The managers are simply hopeless there. The food is generally cold, and virtually 100% of the time they get your order wrong. Incompetence at the extreme. So, ALWAYS check your order BEFORE you leave, as it is going to be certain your order is wrong or cold, or something is missing. You have been warned. Appalling.

Bad service. Waited ages at the till point. Managers and staff looking over but not actually coming to take our order. Food came to the table some cold some fresh but with items missing. Mcflurry's were less than half full. I don't really expect a lot from a McDonald's but do expect slightly better than that!

Use this McDonalds as it’s our local one but I am at the point now where I feel I have to speak out after todays order. They can’t get a order right each time I visit. Apart from the manager on todays evening shift the staffs attitude is sinks. Placed an order then when she got it wrong the girl could be heard in the background saying to her manager they didn’t ask for that, when we did. Why would we ask for something we don’t want? If you want anything more than one cheese burger then prepare for your order to be wrong. Awful! worst one I’ve been to in the UK food is often cold as well.

This particular franchise has made several errors with meal customisations. The worst and most recent error was adding double egg instead of no egg to a breakfast bun. The child I was buying for has a serious egg allergy and as the item was in a bag with several other items the whole lot had to be thrown away. On returning to the drive through the spotty teenager claiming to the the shift manager was rude and dismissive, rejecting any responsibility for this serious failure or offering to make good our loss and inconvenience.

Not impressed. Don't bother with McDonald's Ferndown. So much out of stock and what we did have, salad for me, was made up of lettuce, 2 slices of cucumber and a slice of tomato dies not a salad make. My husband was up most of the night with an upset tummy thanks to their bacon burger. If I could have given no stars I would have. Don't bother with this branch.....

Returning from a trip, we came with the family to MC Donald's. I ordered two happy meal sets for the kids. I was not informed in the application or at the checkout that there are no toys. When I gave the sets to the children, I started crying about the toys, I went back to the cash register for the toys and was informed that the toys were gone. I was left with two tired and crying children. Thank you MC Donald's ...

I avoided the drive thru because of the queue. Went through the wrong door, easy to do with the click n serve notices everywhere.Had a single espresso. Couldn't see an option for the double at an extra few pennies
