Mcdonald's Restaurants in East Dorset

This was one of the better McDonalds. It was perfect for a pit stop on a long drive home. No complaints.

Not a McDonald burger fan but love there coffee, much prefer Burger King for Burgers, however this place exceeds the service of many and is always busy, well done 👏

Very small McDonald's considering how busy it was and not very well signposted from the main road. Open 24hrs, I don't like the new ordering system of McDonald's, it's not fast food any more. I worked for McDonald's back in the 90s and we served our customers a lot faster than they do today, McDonald's you need to go back to your roots.

Not personally a fan of chains and I can't say that McDonald's is my favourite of the burger chains, but they are clean and efficient in this particular one. Plus the coffee is good.

I was so hungry when we pulled up to mcdonalds that I thought it would be impossible for anything to taste so DISGUSTANG.the mayo chicken buns were ROCK HARD amd the lady at the drive thru was rude.i also ordered 20 nuggets which should come with 4 sauces but only got 2, this was very frustrating as I like to use 1 sauce per 5 chicken nuggets and I had to est 10 nuggets with NO sauce, truly appalling. Wont be coming here again even if I'm on the brink of death

Parking for about 40 cars, 2 Disabled spot at front door. No drive through.Inside is clean and well maintainedFood order took 5 min.Counter Staff very polite, kitchen clean.Good personel hygiene.My only concern was i witnessed a battered chicken fillet from a burger removed from a bun and placed back in the heating tray, then the rest of the bun was thrown away. This may just have been a wrong order, but still.Sat down to eat , 1 burger nice and hot the other burger was just warm. I hate getting a food just warm.Fries were just warm too.The coffee latte was like dishwater. Worst McD coffee ive tasted. Its Usually OK.I did comment to one of the supervisors who shrugged, said sorry, and walked away.Toilets were reasonable for the amount of people going through.Outside area was tidy, litter in places, bins were not overflowing.

Are McDonalds cutting corners so much that they only putting half a cheese slice in a fillet of fish? I can't digest the bread & can eat very little, so have to "dissect" to remove bread, but seriously, only using half a slice of cheese is mean - & no, it wasn't folded over. I suggest other customers actually check their burgers to make sure they are getting full value for their money! McDonalds you are stingy sods!

Small restaurant which is normally clean and staffed by helpful and polite staff. I have rarely had an order incorrect from this McDonalds despite placing normally large and complicated orders. I have always found the food fresh and hot, prepared quickly and of a consistently high quality. The carpark has some designated spaces for those using the collection option for in-app orders, which I have made use of a number of times. The restaurant is just off of the main road and can get quite congested both inside the establishment, and in the small car park, and there is no drive through. This is my only criticism of the restaurant, but is a limitation of both the building which already existed there, and the land on which it occupies.

After waiting in a covid heaven, and watching the staff chat, and faff about for 20 minutes, then finally getting home to find my large fries almost empty and no dips. Seriously McDonald's, close the site and get a drive through.... ridiculous.

Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!I’ve often had issues with this McDonald’s not sending out the full order or making the whole order wrong and refusing to make a new one.However this was my last straw.I ordered food for the family, halfway eating my wrap I look at it to take another bite and what do I find? A dead bug in my wrap.. I instantly started to gag and throw up. I understand this is a take out place however they’re supposed to “check and wash” their salad. Clearly not!!I instantly get on the phone, the store itself can’t do anything. So I email them. And what am I offered? A £10 voucher for any orders over £10. That is all they can offer me. I ate half of a wrap that was contaminated with a dead bug. Yet they tell me that’s acceptable? Disgusting!It’s about time they get shut down!
