New Panda Chinese in East Dorset

My family and I have used New Panda on several occasions and have never been disappointed. Good value, quick and always tasty.

First time we tried here (usually go to China Town in Ringwood). I preferred all the dishes here apart from automatic duck, still good, but not quite as good as Ringwood duck. Prawn balls, Kung po chicken, ribs were very good and they deliver so defo will be ordering from here again!

Ordered our Chinese at 18:06 it’s now 20:15 and we still haven’t got our food ! Lovely food but this is getting a regular occurrence, phoned up and all you get is …. “It’s on its way “

Tried to order over the phone and pay by card and we were told cash only for delivery. You missed out on thirty plus pounds. Considering covid you would of though card would of been easier and safer.

Tried to order..Chicken balls w’ curry sauce £5.502 X peking soup £6.20Chips £2.20£13.90 + £1 delivery = £14.90 total as the menu statesI was asked for £15.90 over the phone and I would’ve dropped it but I only had £15.03 in the account so I was working to the penny.. I asked if I could possibly just pay £15 for the food itself as it’s £15 for free delivery and I’m only 0.9 miles away. This was clearly to much to ask for. Quality service 👌

Ordered this evening at 7pm and was told it would be 45 minutes. Over 2 hours later we were still waiting for our food! Very difficult to get through to the restaurant on the phone, when they did answer I was hung up on and had to call back. When I complained about how long our food was taking I was passed to a lady who I assume was the manger. She was rude and not very apologetic. When I asked for a discount as we had been waiting for over 2 hours she said that everyone had been waiting that long……not exactly something you want to advertise! Anyway, finally agreed on a discount and was told we couldn’t order from there again! To be honest after that service I wasn’t planning to anyway! The food finally arrived and it was pretty bland to be honest. Average food that definitely wasn’t worth the 2 hour + wait.

Ordered this on recommendations through others. It was quite simply the worst Chinese takeaway we’ve had in years. The food was over an hour late and they forgot my wife’s food. We called up and they said they can’t delivery the meal and will give us discount next time and put the down phone, incredible! The remaining food was freezing cold and some didn’t even feel like it had been cooked. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely ridiculous how an order took over 2 hours to arrive!!!! After phoning they gave 0.40 pence discount... Not acceptable and very disapointed that they did not offer to offer a voucher....not happy at all

We always have delicious meals at Panda.Friendly staff when you order online and delivery staff very pleasant.

This Chinese use to be very good.One thing the special fried rice was nice.BBQ ribs tastless.Chichen in a hot sauce, very dry the chicken.Need a better chat up line the fella in the counter talk Chinese to the woman! Surprising what I understand in Chinese!
