Pure Drop Ferndown in East Dorset

First time there yesterday. Impressed with the surroundings and quality of food. Staff were very attentive. They even have a poker tournament every Thursday where anyone can play. Will returning very soon.

We had a lovely meal here whilst we were away. The only reason I’m not giving the full five stars is because there was a quiz on and it was a little noisy.However the food was delicious and came out quick. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Nice affordable food, friendly staff and food cooked exactly as requested but the problem is the price of drinks. I paid more for two glasses of pepsi than for my meal. £3.65 for a pepsi, that's more than a pint of beer

Came here today with my daughter grandson and great grandson ordered 2meidum rare steak with chips no peas or tomato for grandchildren but arrived with everything daughter had surf an turf I ha pasta the steaks were all fat and could not cut or chew that was all 3 steaks pasta was clod on bottom of dish hot on the top when asked if meal was OK we told him about the steaks and were talking them home for dog his answer to this was ah well at least it's not going to waste very upset and would not recommend you at all

Wasn't impressed with the quality of food. Vegetables seemed frozen. Paid extra for cauli cheese between us, tasted synthetic not fresh and tasty. Potatoes fluffy but not crispy in outside and meat well cooked.

Went in on first Saturday night of month for quiz night .Food was excellent, great value. Whole family really enjoyed it, will be going back with friends. AWESOME.

Really impressed with the Puredrop. On arrival the staff are very welcoming. Good Covid hygiene procedures ... Eg sanitiser available, tables very clean. The menu has a good choice and our meal was delicious.There is a great atmosphere and I would say the biggest bonus is the food is great value for money. Definitely will be visiting again.

This was the first evening meal we have had a this pub. The service was fantastic from very friendly staff. All the food was well cooked. The rump steak was melt in the mouth. Great value for money,

Went for a Christmas Festive meal with 9 others. It was OK although my rare steak was cremated and we couldn't pay our individual bill by card! They need to sort that out.

Excellent meal and good service. This is how a pub should do service in covid. A good menu selection. All on proper plates. Good system for controlling things. Disposable menus. Really good food and good atmosphere.
