Very happy with location and food available. The seating area is large so they can accommodate. The store was quiet when I visited so service was quick and on point.

Stopped here for a coffee and croissant mid morning Sunday, the server was busy in conversation with her friend but took my order. I received my coffee no problem and waited at the counter, after a while a different server asked if ever was ok and I replied I was waiting for my croissant "oh did you want it warmed"! I thought that was what you were doing, just give it to me the way it is now! If this is the service when they're not busy God help you on a busy day

Stopped in for a take out and then decided to stay. Comfortable and spacious. Nicely designed. Coffee always excellent. Flat access for wheelchairs too.

This Starbucks location is one of my favourites. Cozy, decorated lovely, clean and friendly staff. I love the fact that they have a fire. It’s a shame that the other locations are not done out as nice as this one.

There is always a bit of a wait here, they never seem to be fully staffed. Today was the worst ever. Queued in the drive through for well over 15 minutes just to get to the ordering mic, to then be told to wait for a moment. Another 5 minutes later a different voice comes on to say there will be a long delay for food orders. I pointed out how long I'd already waited and he says yeah sorry we are short staffed and have loads of deliveroo orders to fulfill! Obviously I drove off as several in front of me had done and several behind did also. Mcdonalds down the road must be doing very well with this shower of an outlet performing so atrociously. It's not even tourist season yet!

I should have posted this poor review two weeks ago after receiving mediocre service from the bored-looking staff and being served a lukewarm rather than a "hot" chocolate at the Starbucks in Ringwood Road, Ferndown. However, what would have been a 2-star review then is now further downgraded as I have since received a ÂŁ100 penalty charge notice for overstaying the 1.5hr free parking limit. This will magnanimously be reduced to ÂŁ60 if paid within 14 days. Regrettably, I did not see any warning signs; otherwise, I would not have spent any longer there than I had to.Having done some research since receiving the PCN, I find that these (and many other UK Starbucks) car parks are owned by third parties who have similarly caught out other patrons. Clearly, Starbucks does not want to encourage its customers to stay as long as they want to buy their food and drink! Suffice to say, I will never again visit a Starbucks whose food and drink isn't a patch on Costa anyway.

A million seats and not enough parking for a 3rd of the people to sit there! 3 girls working tirelessly, doing the best job they can but very long wait to be served, ran out of decaf 🙄prob fine as drive through but won’t visit to sit in again.

Very friendly members of staff and great drinks. I just wish the prices were a little lower equivalent to Costa's.Free parking, blue badge parking, lots of seating inside and a few outside, toilets. The slip road to the cafe is unsafe, beause on many occasions I have witnessed drivers overshoot the road and end up on the grass.
