Christmas Eve family meal in the dome was very nice but had to pay £45 just for it. The food was very disappointing from start to finish. The children’s Christmas menu online had 3 courses with soup as a starter so as we waited for them to turn up with no luck we then queried it, told it doesn’t come with soup and no apologies. Friendly service but the food was so poor it simply couldn’t make up for it. Disappointed given the positive reviews, our first Christmas meal out in years so very upset family.

Was a nice experience sitting inside the pods. Better than other "pods" which can be seen around the town. Food was good and the service was good. Personally found the menu difficult to read as it didn't flow properly. However, would go again.

Dining in a dome was fantastic! Nearly minus temperatures outside but we had to turn the heating down, and with the phone connectivity for music it made a great night. Amazing food, huge portions, well kept lager, very friendly and helpful staff, and good pricing.

Very disappointed, went to see snow domes, to make a dinner at river side. Tough it's part of pub. But in reality need to pay extra 30£ just to sit there and order food from pub what been.. so greasy, my pasta with salmon was swimming in oil.. so yeah.. nice place but shame on managment to don't use it right way. Charge, charge, charge very single penny. Sorry, will not travel again there.. Not worth spend, petrol, time for travel, spend extra just for table to sit.. nah sorry

I really enjoyed the food and the dine in a dome experience 👍🏻 the service is great so will definitely come back again. For people who enjoy escape rooms and puzzles they also do escape boxes that you can do at your table. Not tried them yet but next time we will.

Amazing food. Excellent value for money. Domes are great. Garden is lovely, views beautiful, staff are quick, polite and organised. Excellent overall!.

Stopped in on the way home from a camping trip, it was on our route and looked alright on the reviews so took a chance and very pleased we did. Lovely pub with a great beer garden leading down to the river, and a resident duck wandering around the beer garden (quite cheeky in a pleasant way, too).Great food choices and our meals were very tasty and plentiful servings. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Unlikely to visit again as we're far from local, but if I was in the area I would do!

It is a superb location on the river. The staff were brilliant, but the food did take a long time to be served. The food was ok, however, we did have an amazing time in the dome. It was so pretty when it got dark. A great experience after such a long year of restrictions. Thank you
