Friendly staff. Went for the cod and chips which with a pot of tea came to £9.05.Quite a small piece of cod, but given the price a decent meal.

A spacious family cafe with a play area and really friendly staff! Sheriff is a fantastic cook and the portions are a generous size. Warm and friendly atmosphere 10/10

Don't be misled by the sparse decor, this is a great daytime coffee shop. Offering a range of standard and unusual meals, the food is cooked to perfection. We had a 6-item breakfast well priced at just under £7.00 The eggs were superb, the bacon tender and the toast perfect. The chocolate cake was a delight. Their coffees are really good and the service is excellent.

The toasted sandwich that had was pretty tasteless - seemed as though they'd gone for the cheapest bread, cheapest cheese etc. Even the side salad left a bit to be desired but, that said, the coffee was good I might just have been unlucky with the toasty but, sorry, I won't be going back there..

One of my favourite cafes to go to. The staff are always friendly and only to happy to help. Its clean and the coffee is a decent coffee. It has a lovely little garden with outside seating for anyone who still enjoys a cigarette. Yes it's still acceptable to smoke here. They have had a new pagola put in, just incase the weather is not so great, this is the UK after all, so you can sit outside and stay dry. They also have a small seating area for the sun lovers or parents watching their children play on the little climbing frame area. It's not posh, its homely, you get a good selection of drinks and food, families are welcome and the people are lovely. What more could you ask for.
