Top Wok in East Dorset

Great food and really tasty too. Have had eaten chinese takeaway for years and all taste so similar but Top Wok food has a really fresh taste that is similar yet suprisingly different to ordinary chinese takeaways in a good way. Would highly recommend their food.

Charged £12.00 for a salt and pepper box which was basically the same size as a £5 lunchtime box from else where. Golden horse down the road does the same box in a 12’ pizza box with double the amount in for an extra £4. Complete rip off and not happy.

This take away has really improved since my last visit there was a wait of hours but all the food was really nice it all came nice a hot so the wait was ok.The special rice Noodles were so yummy which I haven't had in decades was impressed.Meat and veg was so tasty even sweet and sour sauce was delicious.Pancake roll was filled to bursting and tasting great.Egg fried rice was so fluffy and tasty.I will be using this Chinese takeaway again in the future only thing I asked for a menu but didn't get one.This Website needs to post pictures of there menu.

Ordered here for the first time today as we were in Ferndown, we usually order from Parkstone Topwok which is always really good.Different experience here though! The egg fried rice rice tasted like plastic and not sure what oil is used but did not taste nice. Same for the chicken chow mein, plus the chicken was borderline mushy. The prawn and pineapple dish tasted very fishy and not fresh, the sauce was also bland.All was oily and pretty tasteless. Really disappointing, wouldn't recommend ordering here.

First time we had a take away from here and we were very pleased. Good sized portions, reasonable prices, delivered on time and very tasty. Will definitely go there again. Thank you

Had a lot of Chinese takeaway in my time and this place sits in my top 5.Fresh, tasty, big decent portions and good price.Disappointed that we didn't get a free bottle of drink after spending £40+ as most do in London.

We had dinner from here 2 weeks ago n it was lovely, so we had dinner again on Sunday, it was bloody awful the pork dumplings were rubbery, the top wok special rice was dry. The Singapore vermicelli was tasteless.Then we git poorly, 3 people 1 from aa different home, rang to complain n was told the manager didn't spk English n if we had a problem we should've called on the nite but how can u know that ur gonna get poorly on tge nite. Was told someone might call me re the issues I gave.Do nit order from here the food is hit n muss but the customer service is awful. Order at ur own risk

Very good Chinese food. Definitely way above average, but not the best I've had. All the ingredients were fresh. The sauces were the correct consistency- not too thin, but not too thick either. The best Chinese food I've had in the UK is 'No. 1 Wok' in Poole.I went here on a Saturday night and the shop was VERY busy. It took about 45 minutes to cook my food to collect, but it was worth it. The staff were very nice and I would go here again.

Today was our first delivery order and we were not disappointed. Every single dish was delicious and would certainly have it again. We ordered the Peking duck and pancakes, spare ribs in BBQ sauce, king prawns in sweet and sour sauce and top wok special fried rice. It was so nice we will probably keep the same menu for our next order which won’t be far away. Well done ! Even had the crackers to start it all off.
