The food and service was absolutely amazing! Lunch prices are really good as well. Just £4.50 for pasta or pizza and a salad.

First time here on a Sunday night, special birthday dinner with family. Two of the party had fillet steaks at nearly £30 a piece. They were just not good at all. The presentation was poor, just a big lump of meat smothered in thick brown gunge (peppercorn sauce) not appealing to look at, and the quality and taste was not good enough for the price tag. The other people had pizza or pasta, and that was lovely. But the service was overly fast, the main meals came when the starters were still on our table, there were only three other tables with customers there, so I don't know what the hurry was. £160 and we were out after an hour. Won't be going back. I've apologised a lot to my family because it was my choice as the restaurant is rated #1 in Wimborne for fillet steaks. Why?????

Lovely restaurant, small, cosy, polite friendly staff and fantastic food. Totally enjoyed by all.

My boyfriend and I attended this homely, quaint and inviting Italian restaurant on Valentines night. And let me say - what a night! Servers were consistent and attentive. And the food must have been extraterrestrial because it was out of this world!!!

Loved it! First time and certainly not the last! Atmosphere and service was lovely, and the menu was varied, with traditional dishes as well as unusual options too which is a nice change.

I ate here on a Friday evening as a party of four. The restaurant itself is very pleasing to the eye, with a rustic, busy, feel to the layout and decor. However the place had music playing so loud we could barely have a conversation across the table and some of tracks were oddly base heavy. Even the waitress couldn't hear one of us order from just inches away. When I politely asked if the music could be turned down, the waitress looked at me like I'd asked her to sacrifice her only child. (The music did not get turned down).I started with avocado and prawns and it was exactly that, prawns in Mary rose sauce with avocado and a bit of salad. There was certainly nothing wrong with it but there's nothing to write home about either. For main I had gnocchi in a tomato and cream sauce at £11. It tasted exactly like gnocchi in Tesco's fresh tomato and mascarpone sauce (which cost less than £2.I should point out the two of our party that had pizzas did say they enjoyed them.I found the food here to be disappointingly underwhelming whilst carrying price tags that were far to high for the quality delivered.

I visited Topogigio on Friday 6 March 2020 in the early evening, a weekday during term time. I was with a party of sixteen. This was my second visit. The restaurant comprises of one cozy and tightly packed main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The team were friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and enjoyed the experience.I had garlic bread with mozzarella for my starter, a ham and pineapple pizza for my main course and a mint choc chip sundae for dessert. The food was well presented and tasted OK - it was all perfectly adequate but not much more. The garlic bread with mozzarella was quite bland, the pizza was nice and the "sundae" was basically two scoops of mint choc chip ice cream with two tiny squirts of cream on top with a near £7 price tag. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. I'd say the food was generally average value for money but the desserts were overpriced.Overall everything was OK. I like supporting local business but this was nothing more than average really, I'm sorry to say. The service was good - the staff were all very attentive and polite and, especially considering we were a larger party, everything came out in a timely manner.
