Great local! Seated us on a Saturday night, staff were friendly and welcoming. Food was reasonably priced too, food was tasty, flavoursome and great.

Awesome. Just wow. Ordered online for first time, arrived by taxi 10 mins earlier than guestimate, piping hot food. One of the best ceylon and jalfrezi had in almost 20 years. Can't fault it. You've made a returning customer of me. Top marks

Need to get their website and timings sorted. Food ordered for 7.15 collection but confirmation said 7.40 collection which was ok. Left home to pick up food in time for 7.40. On the way to the restaurant we had a phone call asking when we were going to pick our order up as it had been ready since 7.15. When my partner explained about the confirmation saying a later time than requested the restaurant's response was that he was not the only person to say that. If you know there is a problem why not het it sorted. Food was ok considering it has been sat somewhere for over 30 minutes. Would have been good to taste it at its best, freshly cooked. Shame they are let down by their tech.

Placed order online, payment was taken and website said it was 'completed successfully', only to immediately receive an email saying 'Your order has been declined. Please call us'.1. Update your system so that it doesn't take payment for orders that you can't accept.2. I'd recommend updating your cancellation email to be a little more polite and apologetic (and more importantly include your phone number so I don't then have to google it to ask if I'll be refunded).After calling to ask about a refund I was told it was automatic and then when I tried to say anything further I was hung up on. Unbelievably rude. Would give 0 stars if I could.I do understand that it might not be possible to fulfill an order but a simple 'sorry we can't do it because of xyz' would have led to a VERY different experience on my end.

Appalling did not fulfill order in time. When chased promised it would be five to ten minutes and still no sign of it. Did not want to give refund while on the telephone. Do not use this restaurant. I would recommend raising a complaint with your bank to get money refunded. I did and though it took time, I did get my money back! Lesson learned read reviews!

Put in a massive order which took 2 hours, when food didn't arrive, I phoned up and the so called manager was rude and put the phone down on me... And didn't even refund my money and didn't even get my delivery 😡 not even worth a one star...Thief's

Disgusting. Took payment online, but didn't fulfil order. When I called they were extremely rude and hung up on me. Stay away!! Still awaiting refund........

Ordered from here recently. Got my order wrong, when I complained they were v dismissive on the phone and refused to give refund. Awful service.

We have ordered food from here on multiple occasions and it has been great service up until our last order.We tried ordering through Just Eat, but the order was unsuccessful so we decided to do it through the website. We received confirmation it has gone through and had an order number.An hour and a half later there was no sign of our food so we called the restaurant. They told us the order hadn’t shown up on their end but promised to get it cooked and delivered asap.Another hour passed and still no food so we rang again and were told it was on it’s way. Bearing in mind we are only ten minutes drive away we were very hungry and fed up. We asked to speak to the manager but were told we should call back the next day to discuss the matter with them.The order finally arrived just before 10pm which was two and a half hours after we originally ordered it.We felt very let down by the whole experience and just wanted to get to bed.The next day we called up and asked to speak to a manager, we left our number and were told we would get a call back. We are still waiting.All in all, we are very disappointed with the service.

Loved the takeaway, hadn’t ordered here before and it was quite delicious. The dhal was a bit watery and perhaps too much “vagaar” in the form of burnt onions, but wasn’t horrid. Lovely naans and the madras is really delicious and so are all the vegetable side dishes - especially loved the mushroom, yum!
